They were curb rashed, OEM paint peeling and looked like the 12 year 100k mile wheels from a young lady's first car. He tried to call me back and since I did not recognize the number I did answer. When I got there he said he tried to reach me , where I explained. He said its hard to give an estimate in the rain but he started to, his partner chimed in that the car was totaled base on his 30 foot visual. So then Tommy proceeded to School me on how Insurance and Auto Body shops work together and visualize "hidden damage". 2 things I'm a former property insurance underwriter and 2 I know how they adjust claims .
