10/2020 I dropped off our commercial van at the shop per my insurance for repairs to the outside body from an accident. During repairs, the shop placed a LARGE black sticker on our flooring without a cause. I asked them to please remove the sticker & clean the area under it. Instead of removing the sticker, the shop decided to SPRAY PAINT the ENTIRE floor of the vehicle, all of my equipment, walls, and curtains. When I picked it up, they were airing out the FUMES from the spray paint they applied WITHOUT our consent. The owner, Leo, told told me the truth: the shop DAMAGED my floor, lied & covered it up with a sticker, & since it was still damaged when they removed the sticker, they took it upon themselves to SPRAY PAINT the entire waterproof flooring (again w/o consent). 01/21, I request all communication in writing. Shop was told our attorney would be building a case. Owner Leo called me, said his mom just died of Covid & bc of this I should give him a chance to "do right" by us. He promised he would get his best men on the job to work over a weekend to ensure we would not miss any days of work (biz is sole income for my household). Leo the owner has now mislead/gaslighted me, called me unreasonable & is saying he will only fix the damages he caused to my vehicle over a 1 week timeline only in the days I have to work. Had an accident and had to have my vehicle repaired. Had used them previously for my daughter's vehicle and went back. Moses was the specialist I used and I highly recommend him the company to all. They worked with State Farm on getting paid and fixed my truck so you would never know it was in an accident. A week after picking up the truck a part that was not replaced but was acting up ( a sensor) went bad and they replaced it at no charge! I am so happy that I went to them. I've been here twice in the past year (unfortunate circumstances) and both times have been very pleased with the service. Xavier in the front is very professional. The first time was an extensive tepair to my brand new Nissan after an accident and every day I received an email with updates on the job. I loved that detail. That's why this year after someone broke the front grill of my car I went back to them despite having moved many miles away. I don't really trust collision repair shops but ACS is very fair with pricing and very quick! I brought my car (BMW) here to fix a pretty big dent on the passenger door. I wasn't going through my insurance and so I was paying out of pocket. I wanted to find a place that would do I good job and this place was EXCELLENT! They are pricey but you get what you pay for. I have had my previous car painted twice and was not happy with the outcome on both occasions. (Once I paid $3,000 through insurance and the other time $800 out of pocket. Both times there was just a lot of orange peel and runs and I could tell they skimped on clear coat. In fact, the paint started bubbling and peeling). ACS returned my car better than I gave it (besides the dent of course). They detailed the inside and outside. I noticed stains where gone and the wax job made the car look like brand new. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own the car, which means if the paint falls or you are unsatisfied they will re-paint. This is awesome because a lot of times the paint job looks amazing at first because it's not completely dry yet and so it's fluffy and hides imperfections. But I was very satisfied with the job! No orange peel, great blending and matching and they did not skimp on paint (which a lot of places do!) I would highly recommend this place to ANYONE! It is in a low-income neighborhood but don't let that deter you. This is by far the most professional paint shop I have ever been to. There are no "Micky mouse" jobs here. I even asked the owner to show me his work before I gave him my car and he gave me a tour of his shop. I was so impressed! It was clean and well organized. It took them 5 business days to complete the work. Since he had to replace the door and exchange electrical components. I actually had electronic problems so I called and returned my car and the owner was very accommodating, apologetic and had my car fixed right away (by the time I finished this review actually) with no charge of course. This place has changed my stereotypical view of cuban's. The work ethic here is impeccable. I am a customer for life. read more
