When I brought my truck to go get fixed here, they were able to fix the problem. HOWEVER, when I picked up my truck, the paint was roughed up, oversprayed. The interior of the car smelled moldy. This truck is brand new bought in June 2023 which still smelled brand new. When I went back, they told me the car was fine and the damage was done somewhere else. They have good customer service, but they fail to take responsibility for their actions. read more

I was rear ended in a collision one evening leaving work while stopped at a red light. The other driver was at fault and luckily had State Farm car insurance. Upon filing a claim and submitting the police report I was told that they would fully cover all anticipated repairs to my vehicle along with the full cost of my rental car. They advised me to use their database to select an auto body shop. I live in the Westchester area and Bird Road Auto Collision Body Shop was very close to my residence. I visited the shop and met with Richard who immediately took time to review all of my damages. He walked me thru the entire process, was extremely informative and full knowledgeable about these types of repairs. I felt comforted by his professionalism and candor. My decision was made easy that day as I didn't even entertain visiting another shop. I was told the repairs would take about one week and that I could drop it off whenever I wanted. I left my vehicle with Richard on a Monday and got the call it was done and ready for pick up by Friday afternoon. I received a call Tuesday from Richard updating me on all inspected areas that required repairs/replacement parts. I picked up my vehicle on Saturday approximately 5 days after I left it. The car looked brand new as when I first purchased it. The work was exceptional, done within the expected timeframe and car was washed before I picked it up. These guys are the real deal! I would recommend them to every and anyone! You simply can't find reliable, dependable well informed craftsmen such as these in the Miami area! If I am involved in any future collisions there are no hesitations in my mind that my second call after calling the insurance company will be Bird Road Auto Body Shop. after a car accident in feb i went to this auto shop on bird because it was recommended by statefarm. the only positive thing i can say is that i didnt feel comfortable drivung my car & they had a tow truck pick it up from my home and take it to the shop very quickly. i got a call to.pick it up & told the manager that i still saw some visible damages to the car, i had it looked into again. four days later they called to.tell me the car was ready. whe n i went i again said the xar didnt look 100% fixed and was told there was nothing else to do. i called statefarm and told them the situation and they allowed me to take the car somewhere else. when i went to another shop i was told that the parts that had been damaged in the accident hadnt even been replaced. bird rd shop basically just moved around the damaged parts. read more
