I had to track someone down to help me find the right product to help a dying tree and he seemed a little annoyed that I had questions. The cashiers are also a little on the lax side when it comes to customer service. I've never had any of them smile or attempt small talk conversation with me. However, most of the time my experience is pretty good. After all, this isn't a store that people come to browse and hang out in. It's a chore on the to-do list. They said they no longer sold those windows, nor could they service them as they had no one trained to do that anymore. I pushed the issue, so they sent out a guy whom they thought might be able to install the new cord. It broke the next week--and they declined to do anything further. These windows were under warranty, but they were not prepared to fulfill it. Now we have three windows that can't be used because their cords are broken so they won't lift up the window nor hold it up. The "in the door and out" customer service may be great, but their long-term care of their customers is surely not there. Why have a warranty if a business is not willing to fulfill it. It knew the cords most likely would have to be replaced but they didn't follow through....

He brought our rocks on the same day and he was willing to dump the rock in two different areas so we wouldn't have to shovel it. He was also very precise; he dumped the rock in our mow strip and barely got any in the road. This is a great, honest, good company. Highly recommend.
