Absolutely love this place - between the staff, the selection of feed and tack and outdoor items it just can't be beat.

Big fan of IFA in general, and this location might be the best. They go above and beyond and treat their customers like gold.

Needed to find some grass fertilizer. They were helpful. Nothing extra ordinary. Got better help at home depot.

It was the perfect date night-an activity and a souvenir, and priced at $5 per person (plus supplies) I felt like it was a good deal. We arrived a few minutes early and saw other attendees lurking about, a little unsure on what to do. Eventually, we found our way to the back where there were tables setup and our instructor, ready to get hands dirty. The class itself was fun-Lucas showed us different plant options as well as items to put at the bottom of our containers to provide drainage. I would have loved to have had more time with him to learn more about the specific plants, what goes well together and how to best care for them when we got home. But there were at least 20 people there, all with questions, so we did our best and had a great time! While we were there, we also perused the other products-specifically the produce-so we could eat some fresh fruit while we planted. The selection was fresh, and we took home raspberries, nectarines and apples-as well as a bottle of raspberry jam. I didn't see a TON of larger plants or things for the yard-most of what I saw was on the smaller side. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I'm sure we will be back as we grow our collection of indoor plants.

I understand that prices can change, but it is the store's responsibility to make sure the prices displayed for customers are accurate and up to date. Having to find out at checkout that the price is different is frustrating and misleading. Unfortunately, because this has happened more than once during my visits, I feel this is an ongoing problem rather than a one-time mistake. I hope management takes the time to correct the pricing and make sure customers are given accurate information before they get to the register. Very disappointing experience.

And Bath & Body Works has long been a favorite place to go sniff all the things. This location is near me in the District in South Jordan, with an outside entrance from the parking lot. I appreciate that-especially when I want to go get some lotion and not walk through the mall. Service here is great-the ladies who greet customers and provide assistance are always cheerful and eager to help. Maybe all the flexing of their olfaction muscles really puts them in the mood. How could you be grumpy surrounded by all these delicious scents?

I had a very simple Christmas exchange (give back $16 and purchase $50) and the associate Roz working the register was incredibly rude to me. It was purchased through my app and the candles were brand new, so there was no issue on my end. I went specifically to this location because they were the only one around that had the candle scent I wanted. I was SO excited that I found them. She was literally so rude to me that I walked out and didn't even purchase them. It wasn't worth it. So surprised that an organization that sells happy things like candles would employ somebody with such bad people skills. The CEO recently put out an article about changing strategies because sales are down...maybe it's just something as simple as providing better customer service. I wanted to spend money in the store and didn't. Missed opportunity- I am sure that I am not the only one.

Kobalt advertises their hand tool warranty as "hassle free," but my experience was the opposite. I tried to warranty a 1/4-inch ratchet, and I was told that because it originally came from a set--and because they no longer carried that exact same ratchet--they could not replace it in store. Instead, I was told I would have to go through Kobalt. That does not feel hassle free. It feels like customers are punished for buying a tool set, and if the exact tool is discontinued, you may be out of luck. Be cautious when trusting any warranty that claims to be "hassle free." My experience showed otherwise.

But I don't recommend buying plants from Lowe's because they do not take good care of their plants. their new plants tend to die very quickly because how they maintain them. A positive tho is if you get them the minute they get delivered to the store you will get a great plant for a cheap price compared to other garden nursery's. Their employees tend to not know much about plants either. so they are not helpful. The employees tend ignore your presence when you are there as well. I highly recommend Home Depot over Lowe's especially for their plants.

Hobby Lobby is for burning a lot of time and keeping yourself entertained. Their stores are always really big and pretty well kept. The biggest thing is there is SO MUCH STUFF to look at. It seems every store has the same layout but I do still love exploring everything in there. It is tradition for me to make a big run here during Christmas because they have every Christmas decoration you can possibly think of. They really always have holiday decor but Christmas is definitely the most "all out" Hobby Lobby goes. The holiday decor is always to the left as you walk in but it tends to be spread around the store as well. I love how organized they keep it. They definitely keep things in themes (kitchen decor will be with each other, laundry room decor is all together, etc). They have the same sale tactics as like...Kohls. There is always a sale on top of the price tag, which is nice! They had wall decor for 40% off. I do miss their 40% coupon that they retired like a year ago. They also had a nice clearance section in which I was able to find a new condition canvas for $3! Thats a deal. I love coming in here just because there really is so much to look at and you can snag unnecessary things for your house. I also find it somewhat inspirational to get my shit together while I am in here; they have planners and pretty stuff that make me think that could possibly be my lifestyle. With this specific visit, one think that irked me a bit was the lack of mask enforcement. It is currently mandated in the county and I would like to see it being a bit more enforced. I kid you not, when I was in the store, there was a lady having a coughing fit right next to me without a mask on. Come on lady!! lol. It isn't even a specific store policy, it was mandated by the county and it is every business's job to make sure it is being followed. Regardless, the stuff in here is still cool and I think the prices are pretty reasonable!
