UPDATE: Logix emailed me today to say the dispute has finally been closed in my favor…read more It only took nine months, multiple calls to customer service, two trips to my branch to complain, repeated explanations of the same obvious $100 overcharge, and eventually a public review. So yes, Logix ultimately agreed that the charge was wrong. That does not change how poorly the dispute was handled or how much time and effort it took to get a basic problem resolved. By the time they finally fixed it, I had already closed my accounts and moved my banking elsewhere.
