Since then, we have received no communication, no updates, and no effort from Casey or the business to make this right. We had no choice but to purchase a new trailer to keep our operations running, and despite providing the receipt and all required documentation months ago, we have never been reimbursed. Repeated attempts to get answers have gone ignored. It is unacceptable for a business to take possession of a customer's equipment, fail to safeguard it, fail to communicate afterward, and then leave the customer with the financial burden. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here.

I called my roadside assistance people and they were of no help. As it was the weekend, we quartered in Henrietta till Monday morning. We limped in to Texhoma Trailer, Body, and Welding without an appointment. We got there at 7:30 and they opened at 8:00. I spoke to Casey who said he would see what they could do, but all their work bays were full. A few minutes later they emptied a work bay and directed me in. I asked if there was anything they could do to the hanger to "beef it up" and while making the repair, they added a brace to reduce any flexing by the hanger. To make a long story short, they repaired the hanger, braced it up, painted the welds, in an exceptional manner. In less than two hours, we were on our way. Our bill, less than $200. I am completely satisfied. Would i recommend Texhoma Trailer, Body, and Welding? In a heartbeat!!!

The guys over at 4 Wheel Performance definitely take advantage of this and go above and beyond for their customers. I've come in there multiple times for my steps not functioning properly. It's one of those issues that comes and goes. Not only are they knowledgeable about the systems but they always seem to try and get you in no matter how busy they are. For example, I called today asking if they were busy and if I could stop by if they weren't. Garrett was like "yeah we're slammed, but come on in and we'll look at it". As soon as I got there, they immediately got to work on trying to figure out the problem. Stuff like that you normally never hear from people, but these guys always seem to try and take care of everyone when they can. I would highly recommend you take any of your off-road/truck needs to these guys.

I started looking for who else I could call for quotes. I found some great reviews for 24/7 Car Doctor. Over the phone, I was quoted about half of the original estimate and I was very fortunate they had time to get me in same day! Josh, the owner, was very friendly, answered any question or concern I had, and came and showed me the parts from my car. The rotors were able to be turned and didn't need replacing. They replaced my brake pads, had my rotors turned, and changed my oil for nearly 1/4 of what I would have paid at the large Corp. The entire experience felt transparent and trustworthy. Every employee we saw was friendly and kept us posted on the vehicle process. They will even let you bring your own parts/meet or beat competitor quotes.
