They have something that is missing from a lot of places: Honesty and reasonableness. Mike, the owner went above and beyond on my second visit to Auto Works by bringing my car back to me at Home Depot where I work. It's only about 2 blocks away but it was a cold and windy winter night so I really appreciated this extra touch. I was talking to John, who took the time to explain everything to me. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and have me do extra work, but he never tried that. I asked him to see if my front brakes need changing as well, but he told me that it is too early and no need to spend the extra money. I was also concerned about the bearings of my lexus. He test drove the car and assured me that they are OK. The reason I started going here is because they are very honest and do not cheat like the places I have been to before. On a whim, I asked if they had any appointments for Saturday and Chris was kind enough to add me in! When I got there, he was able to complete the inspection in such a timely manner and the service was so friendly.
