I called this company, Military Road in Niagara Falls, to see if they specialized in Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) warning issues where brand new battery is being drained from somewhere. The guy name is John. He wouldn't confirm if they specialize in electronic issues & asked me to bring it to the shop to look at it. I stated, I don't want to pay towing fees to have them look at it then be charged for diagnosed and state they can't do it, then pay for towing again to another mechanic. John abruptly responded "Well, I pass on this one" then hung up on me. I was not thrilled with the customer service. read more

I'm not trying to give a bad rating but why do places have a customer contact form if they don't answer them? This is becoming an annoyance at this point. You fill out a form ask a question which in this case is asking for a quote on a brake job and you get zero response. I thought Covid hurt businesses? It appears it's more the lack or care or response than it is Covid. read more

Top-notch auto care! John and his crew do an amazing job providing a great value to their customer. Personalized service with honesty and integrity. I had visited two other auto shops that messed up my car and tried to sell me on more work (that was not needed) and hence a higher bill. In a flash John had it riding like new once again. I've been in search of a mechanic that's just honest, reliable, and competitively priced. I've been through so many it makes my head spin. I used to go to Midas on Military Rd. John, then the manager, was great. Then Midas closed. I heard John had reopened this location under Premier Auto Repair. I returned. I have an old beater 2000 Chevy S-10 pickup & a 2009 Ford Fusion. Both needed some TLC type repairs: oil changes, NYS inspections, side view mirror replacement, & some other minor repairs. John runs an honest and square house. He and his staff do great work. Furthermore, he prides himself on NOT recommending unnecessary work. He's completely up front. He's there to make money but also to get return business. In my 30+ yrs as a car owner I've never encountered such a repair shop. I will be using Premier Auto Repair for all my automotive repair needs. Word of mouth is king in Niagara Falls. And all of Johns customers say the same thing: The man runs a great repair shop & has reasonable prices. read more
