I'm not sure what the expectation was when one opens and/or works for a towing service, but the…read morestaff seemed nothing short of annoyed that they were called out to tow my car. I don't know, maybe they were having a bad day - maybe they too got a blown tire on the way to pick up their children from daycare, and then found out at that moment that the car didn't have a spare tire. Maybe they just don't like towing. If it wasn't for my roadside assistance I would have canceled the tow and called someone else. The operator on the phone complained about the size of the parking lot my car needed to be towed from, never introduced himself and once he did get there, he was just generally in a bad mood. But my man, didn't you know this was a possibility when you began your career as a tow truck driver?
