Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.

What can we do for you?" I knew right then I had come to the right place! After finding out my name, Hunter ALWAYS addressed me by my name ( which made me feel at home) and it got better from there. I explained that I had just had my front tires replaced and told Hunter that I had replaced my lower control arms myself but I asked if they would check my work to see if had I had done the job right? I also explained that I had a bumping noise that I could not find for over a year under the front end. I also need a front end alinement because the new tires and the the new control arms. I was embarrassed to tell Hunter that I had did the work myself, but he ever so politely made me feel better by assuring me that they would take care of everything and told me I was not stupid! A lot of places would have tried to make you feel like you were some kind of moron who should not be any where near a wrench but Hunter was just the opposite! Anyway, they found in 3 minutes (or less) what the bumping noise was under my front end (it was the stabilizer bars on both sides) and told me my control arms were installed correctly which made me puff up with pride, and they performed a front end alignment quickly and correctly and for a great price! It was a Friday before memorial day and they wanted to go home like everyone else, but nicely fit me in (which they didn't have to do) and I was on the road in an hour. I couldn't believe the difference in my Nissan! Before I came to them my front end was bumping, swaying all over they road and it felt like the whole front end was going to scatter all over the highway! When I left, it was just like driving a new car! I was beside my self with appreciation! It was unbelievable the difference! She didn't tell them she had gotten an estimate from HTech just told them the problem she was having. They found the same problems as H Tech but quoted her $1200 - HALF THE PRICE! So of course she had Mr Front End do the repairs. They were extremely nice, kept her updated on their progress and actually finished it much faster than they had told her it would take. Her car is driving good as new! We were extremely pleased with the work and the customer service. We have taken vehicles here in the past and always been pleased. As an automotive professional, it's frustrating to see customers misled by poor technical…read moreexplanations from a dealership that should know better. We recently had a customer come to us extremely upset after visiting this dealership, and for good reason -- he was given blatantly incorrect and misleading information about a transmission we installed. The vehicle was fitted with a Jasper remanufactured transmission, which includes a new torque converter as part of the unit. The dealership told the customer the torque converter had not been replaced. This claim is false and also impossible to verify without removing the transmission -- something they did not do. They also told the customer the transmission contained the "wrong fluid." Again, this is an unsubstantiated claim. Fluid type cannot be identified without taking a sample and having it tested, which was not performed. The transmission was filled with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic LV HP, exactly as required by Jasper. To add to the misinformation, the dealership pointed out a zip-tied shifter cable as if it were related to the transmission install. The vehicle arrived in that condition, and this is a very common, well-documented issue on these Chevrolet trucks. The manufacturer has since updated the part. Replacing the shifter cable is a separate repair, requiring additional labor and cost (typically around $500), which the customer had already declined due to budget limitations. Providing customers with technically inaccurate information -- especially information that cannot be verified without disassembly -- is irresponsible and creates unnecessary confusion and stress. We stand fully behind our work, which was completed to Jasper's exact specifications. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others to question the accuracy of technical explanations given here.
