The staff was seemingly rushing through the job with zero attention to detail. On top of all this my sensors started out with an issue where they were too sensitive now they don't work at all after this last visit.The sensors that they did find looks like a puppy chewed the the little circles off the car. It took 4 visits and 3 appointments to get it "finished," and even then, it looked sloppy. Their customer service was friendly but could never get the job right. Innovation is completely filled with incompetence. $11,500 for such shoddy work. They've turned this exciting experience into me feeling like my vehicle has been devalued by innovation doing the work. It's embarrassing to me and my family to show the car we worked so hard to get. I've been patient,understanding and professional throughout this whole process. And even now after 5 weeks of having my truck (over the last 3 months) the work looks ridiculous.
