A week after dropping it off I asked how much longer it would be and they hadn't even touched my car yet. At that point I needed my car to get to work so I picked it up and didn't have the time or money to bring it in for a third time. They never pulled up the carpet to see the source of the leak... These people take short cuts and have little regard for the customer. They removed and reinstalled…read moremy windshield and did not use the appropriate gasket when they reinstalled it. It was much wider and thicker than the original and it was not even installed properly. It was flailing and detached so that water was seeping down into the metal around the windshield. I went back to them and spoke with a worker called Aiden. The solution Aiden had was to add tons of glue. I also asked him why they didn't use the same type of gasket as previously and he did not have an answer for me. I assumed it was a Made-in-China product like so many other things now-a-days and that the original gasket was no longer available. Shortly after, I noticed that other areas of the gasket were loose. I ended up bringing it to someone else. Because of all the glue Aiden had applied, when the new shop took the windshield out, it broke at the last tug. And, they said the wrong gasket was used. Indeed, the correct gasket is still available, which is what Wolf Autoglass installed. All I can say is wow. How are places like this still in business? I went back yet another time to get a copy of the invoice. Rich Bouleau, the owner said he could not give me a copy of it, because he was subcontracted to do the job by Strong's Autocare. He further explained that Strong's was the customer, not me, even though I am the one that hired him to do this job in conjunction with the work that Strong's was doing. Also, he said the gasket they used is a universal gasket. Thank you, Mr. Bouleau for your total lack of pride in the work coming out of your shop and disregard for the customer and their vehicle. This shop is a low-quality establishment and their work is of little to no value, in my experience.

I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality. I am totally satisfied with the price, workmanship and customer service.

Dwight was absolutely professional and executed everything within the hour. He gave instructions on what to do in the future and even advised that OEM is as good as OEE since he procures the actual manufacturer's glass and giving me insight on how to save some money instead of paying for the branded stamp. I did not want to report this to my insurance company to have my rates increase for an accident I did not cause. The first quote I got from a local shop in West Hartford was for $2,000 to fix the repairs (keep in mind the book value of the car is $3500) After telling the second shop that I really only wanted the bare bones done to make the car functional as I was going to pay out of pocket and planning to give it to my daughter who is turning 16 this year, they quoted me $3000 to get the car "functional." I then took it to T&J where they quoted me $890! Thats a huge difference! They were willing to work with me, listened to what I was looking for and offered GREAT service. They were able to find used parts which saved me money which the other shops didnt seem willing to do. I dropped the car off in the morning and they had a shuttle to bring me to and from work, and they were EARLY and waiting for me to pick me up from my office after work! My car looks much better and is now safe for the road thanks to the team at T & J Auto. It is family owned and operated as well which is really nice. It is a rarity to find an honest, customer service oriented team in the auto repair work field in my experience and these guys delivered.
