They worked for an hour and half to fix the drainage issue and it worked but they could not get to a minuscule part that still needed unblocked. Because of that, Kevin wouldn't let me pay him. Was completely unexpected as even time cost money. He told me to have the mechanic who could get in there to call him so he could explain.
