They replaced the windshield of my tesla 3, it cracked and then they replaced it again and it cracked again. We called and sent them pictures of our concerns showing that it was replaced incorrectly the second time and they said it was fine, but it wasn't and it caused it to crack again. They didn't install the headliner or the windshield wipers correctly when they did the second replacement either causing a scratch to the driverside pillar. They refuse to fix the windshield or make things right. I was loyal customer that have done work twice with them before and this time it went very wrong and they did not want to fix it. Made the appointment with Blas Auto Glass to fix driver side window that refused to roll up. The tech showed up on time, fixed the window in our 2005 Chrysler 300, I think it took him about 30 minutes. It works perfectly now. He was fast and efficient! read more

Lou is a miracle worker and a super nice guy! We had a small piece of 2x4 smash into our windshield and between some problem with the way the insurance company wrote up the claim AND several reps at the "national windshield replacement company that shall remain nameless" we were given such a run around. The biggest problem was getting "them" to commit to getting us a factory Subaru windshield which we had to have because of all of the cameras, radar, etc. I finally looked on Yelp, found and called Lou and he had the right windshield delivered overnight, he showed up at our house, changed it out and did a SUPER job! He even neatly reinstalled our EasyPass and our various stickers. He dealt with the insurance company and straightened out the confusion they were creating and he put up with all of our panicked phone calls because we were leaving in 1 day and there was no room for error. We can't say enough about his excellent service! If you need a new windshield in Naples call Lou, don't mess with a company that is so big they want you to go to Fort Meyers to get a service.
