We called and sent them pictures of our concerns showing that it was replaced incorrectly the second time and they said it was fine, but it wasn't and it caused it to crack again. They didn't install the headliner or the windshield wipers correctly when they did the second replacement either causing a scratch to the driverside pillar. They refuse to fix the windshield or make things right. I was loyal customer that have done work twice with them before and this time it went very wrong and they did not want to fix it. I am very upset and disappointed and I wish things went differently!
