I wanted a fair price, but more importantly, I wanted a technician who took pride in their trade and would perform quality workmanship with state of the art materials and equipment. I called five other atuo glass companies, but could not find any with consistently good reviews. They all employ numerous technicians with varying levels of skill. That is, until I came across Autoglass Solutions. I liked what I read, so I gave them a call. Dan called 45 minutes prior to arriving as promised, just to confirm he was running on schedule. He showed up a few minutes early with all the right equipment; a quality name-brand windshield, and all the necessary new seals and clips to do the job to factory specifications. It started with a chip in the windshield & then COVID hit & of course it wasn't essential to get it fixed. Hot, cold, hot, cold temperatures & the chip started to spread to a full blown crack through half the windshield. This family owned and operated company is the best I have dealt with in years, from the initial phone call and talk with Paula to Dan and son Luke arriving on schedule and replacing my front windscreen. Paula and Dan saved my sanity. My window was broken on my 2012 and my insurance company and their "preferred" provider kept quoting me prices for the 2011 and saying it would be fine. The dealership quoted me four times as much as my insurance company since the glass would have to be OEM. Paula took the time to call the dealership, confirm the part was not the same as the 2011, and get me a much better deal. Dan was early the next day and extremely courteous. I was pretty upset and shocked to face the truth of broken front passenger side window on Sunday. When I keyed in the "auto glass" on yelp, the autoglass solutions jump out as the first recommendation. It is really surprised that they offer their service not in the store, but to your house. It saves people's time in waiting in the store, but means they need more promotion via internet from customers. The price is competitive. For my case, it is $235+tax, a reasonable number to me. Excellent customer service. They called my insurance company and then called me back within ten minutes with the insurance company on the line to get everything authorized.
