Outstanding Service. Its is great to find a auto repair shop that is very trustworthy. My tires were low, as I was driving near them, I noticed my TPMS system showed all 4 of my tires were 5 to 6 pounds low on air. I just pulled in there and pulled up to a bay. I told this to a service rep when he opened the bay and asked what I needed. Without a blink of an eye, he stepped back in and filled all 4 tires up to 36 pounds. When done he just told me they were good and have a nice day. I was back on my way in about 5 minutes. I've had them do work on my car. They completed the work on time and for the quoted price which was extremely cheap based on work I had done back in St. Charles county where I had previously lived. If I ever need work on either of my autos, I will start with this shop before even considering anyone else. read more

I can't say enough good things about Auto Go in Branson West. I am a senior and need a little extra patience and understanding. Matt and Dustin treated me as if I were their own grandma. They were respectful and kind they also did a fair and honest job on my 25 year old car. To be honest. I absolutely agree with all of these one star reviews. Mike P. for example: "They tried to overcharge me $150 on an out of state van. They quoted me $400 for rear brake pads & rotors. I went down the road to Express Care who charged me $250 for the exact same job." WOW!!!! Auto-Go, how dare ye? Then, Steven S. "Horrible. Over charge and nonsense. I looked up parts online. 2 ball joints they want to charge $160. I found 2 new ones online for $22 for both. They charge a extra $80 for any diagnostics and don't take it off the bill. My clutch was out. I knew that but wanted to charge me to tell me. Charge me $80 to put on a flywheel. It's a 15 minute take off 5 bolt job. Save your money and go else where. No trust." I know for myself personally, they charged me over 100 dollars for some NGK spark plugs (I think they were) which I could have bought for 55 dollars on-line. When I read these reviews about how people say "well, they told me this but it ended up costing me more" I know they are full of shit. Sometimes it happens. It happened to me when Auto-Go was doing a complete brake job on my 1999 Buick. But do you know what they did? They took me into their shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with my brakes while it was still on the car. Auto to go is a place that treats u as family. We own a Firestone in our home town... We moved to Branson a couple of years ago. When I take my cars here, I feel like I am at home in our shop... They always have great deals and offers available to save money which is always appreciated! I use AMSOIL in my car and they are the only shop in the Branson area that I've found to carry this. They have gotten our last dime. As a local, I always sent them business. This ends today. We took our Escalade in and it needed ride control compressor replaced, We said ok, During this same day we priced the part out at GM and Oriellys. $327 was the highest charge. Auto Go charged us $727 part alone. We spoke with them and told them we had no problem with a business making money, but not more than double. Do NOT TRADE WITH THIS BUSINESS as their only comment was to tell us how long they have been in business. Not treating locals like this. Our brakes went out just as we reached our lodging on a long planned vacation in Branson. We had our van towed to Auto-Go because it was AAA certified and we were not disappointed. They really went out of their way to repair them that day. The technician obviously knew what he was doing and worked hard to see that it didn't cost more than necessary. They gave a ride back and forth to the shop. Awesome service. I would highly recommend them. It could have been a disastrous vacation but they had us back on the road the next day. read more
