I needed a new key for my truck and I was stranded at a hotel we had already checked out of and couldn't find my keys. I forgot my friend had them when he grabbed my suitcase out of the truck for me the night before. And then he left to run an errand and didn't come back until the next evening, (leaving me stranded and frantically calling everyone), and supposedly didn't realize he had my keys. But he did come back that evening and he did have my keys. So it all worked out that day. But kudos to your staff. They were genuinely friendly and obviously wanted to help in any way they could.
