Auto Money of little River, SC This place is very unprofessional, not to mention the face that I was behind two months November and December. I made November's payment on the 31st of December 2019, when asked when can I pay December's payment, I told them on the 20th of January 2020, I was told that if I can have December's payment and my January's payment on the 20th. Since my January's payment will be due on the 11th of January 2020, that they will accept that and will not repo my vehicle. So I made the November's payment I. December and was told I can pay two payments on January 20th to bring my loan current and up to date, So I was okay with doing that, however after I made the November's payment on the 31st of December, Different employees were calling me days later wanting December's payment instead of waiting until the date we agreed upon. So I explained to the employee that called what I was told if I made the November's payment. I was told that no one told me I could double up payments in January for December and January to bring me current. I said yes sir I was told that, and maybe I was told that because they just wanted a payment ASAP. whatever the case was, however they lied to me and took the payment I made and then took my vehicle on the 8th of January instead of waiting until the agreed upon date of January 20th, they never even gave me a chance to see if I would of held up my end of the verbal agreement over the phone and repossessed my vehicle, and wouldn't let me bring in the two payments that I ended up having on the due date of January 11th. These people are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. What Auto Money did was wrong and I will not stop letting people know, not to ever trust this business with their car title. And I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB, and start a blog to warm other potential clients to stay away from Auto Money of Little River, SC read more
