State Farm Auto Insurance punishes victims of accidents by canceling their insurance for "too many…read moreclaims", even if you are not at fault in any of those claims. Worse yet, once canceled by State Farm, no other major insurer will cover you, because of State Farm's fictional "high risk" designation, even though you have done nothing to create any increased risk to them or any other auto insurer. You then are at the mercy of predatory insurers of last resort that charge two or even three times your former car insurance rate. And then, when you are forced to pay these predatory rates because state law requires that you have auto insurance, you are afraid to make any claim at all, for fear of losing your insurance coverage yet again. What's the point of paying thousands of dollars a year for auto insurance if you can't file claims, even as a victim? The auto insurance is rigged against us. State Farm and it's partners in crime are corrupt predators. They add insult to injury, even after you have suffered the hardships resulting from claims where other drivers were at fault.

Not the common practice but since I had to help them along with a number of steps I felt as though I was using them as well. Originally, this particular location helped my folks plan out a vacation cruise with other members of the family. I couldn't join them based on having to work. Anyway, after a nice time they needed to renew their respective passports as they were expiring and fortunately the advice given by this office was to do this after the trip and not just before to avoid any travel issues. They listened. After opting to do this online they ran into issues getting a proper photograph done and no matter what I did with my own tech and skills, the photo was too dark, too light, too large, too small etc. It was very frustrating and this is where their office came into play again. Not only did they discover that they would do said passport photo for them but they would also send a digital copy to their emails for no charge as members. Everyone in this office was nice and happy to have their business. Once back home I was able to help them do the renewal. At the end of the day the services that they received from this AAA location made me glad that they had them in their corner and should I end up living down there I will for sure be employing their services.
