Being from California, whenever anyone has a flat on the freeway, there's automatic service that shows up immediately. As I was new to town, I wasn't sure what to do so I yelped the nearest town service. The woman on the phone talked me through the process and had Jesse come to pick me up, drop me off at the tire shop and I was on my way eastbound in a few hours! They were called to removed a vehicle off the HWY after an accident, the driver asked them to just…read moretake it off the hwy because they had a family friend coming to tow them, instead the my took it all the way to their shop and refused to lease it unless they paid $300 for a service that wasn't asked for. They continued to hold her car and tell any other tow company she called that she was being rude so no one else would help. She was shaken up after a very scary accident and all they did was bully her for money.
