I was in an accident and contacted Lockman's based on a referral from another repair place and a insurance company. Because Lockman's has a tow truck, I contacted them before I heard from the insurance company. They were understanding and allowed my car to sit there for two days before the insurance company contacted them. Lockman's warned that repairs could take 10 days, they texted me the progress, returned calls and allowed hubby to stop by. When I picked up my car, the tires were clean, shiny and inside was detailed. Being in an accident is a scary thing, and Lockman's made it a bit easier by communicating with the insurance companies.

They have always reworked the issue if needed and made sure things went well. I would recommend them for anything but transmissions. They are not a tranny shop. I have sent many people their way including my family. Decent mechanic work is hard to find and one you can trust is even harder. I have had dealerships charge 100's of dollars to do what they do for much less. They will install parts you buy elsewhere, but, they will not warranty them. Remember that!
