Instead they scheduled me for that afternoon, came to my apartment complex, and had a brand new rear window installed with the defroster working perfectly in about an hour. They are friendly and cheaper than other places but that's where the praise ends. Randy quoted me one price on the phone then increased it by $100 as we were confirming. That's fine. I get pricing might be hard for a new business. Whatever. When they got here, the guy he brought with him kept saying this didn't look like the YouTube video he watched for a model that was 7 years newer than mine. Then, he told me how he lost his ASE certification. They came, replaced the starter with some trouble, and left. I got maybe a mile down the road when the car died on me. I had it towed to a mechanic I trust. It cost me an additional $500+ for my mechanic to figure out the issue and fix it (ground wires that needed to be replaced after they were digging around trying to replace the starter from the top.) They left coolant and other bits all over my driveway. It's unfortunate because I really wanted this to be a great experience but it was terrible. I don't like writing poor reviews but I sincerely don't want anyone else to end up with an additional bill like I had.

When you're trusted with a vehicle of this caliber, attention to detail and professionalism should be the standard. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. The lack of care, quality control, and craftsmanship was shocking. If you value your vehicle, especially if it's rare, collectible, or expensive, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.
