Long Version: If you have a minute to stick around, let me tell you my story so you will know how awesome this place is..... Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.

She said she can change the papers wording if I liked. What would that change other than a few wirds. Didn't call to say anything till she told me had to replace multiple vacuum lines. Then told me it was $329 now. What they didn't know is I sprayed all my vacuum lines with flex seal last Friday. They replaced 2 hoses that were barely 9 inches long. I will be putting them in blast and taking them to court for the additional charge for diagnosis.

When I was told $768, I thought, wow high, but things change over time. Not the case, each part 2 rotors, caliper were charged double O'Reilly cost, where the parts come from, so, invoice attached: also was charged labor per rotor 49.99. Then 99.99 labor for caliper, the standard brake pad cost cost is only thing close to legitimate. Caliper was doubled as well. I asked why so high, the gentleman said its to keep the lights on, its a new building, there are costs, so that we are for people that don't have a shop to refer to. Only reason I went was due to good reviews, worked with they years ago at old location. Service rep found me in the system. Unfortunately I was stuck, an inspection turned out to be mostly apart lol. Kyle was amazing from the very beginning. I hired Kyle based on the fact that he provided a…read morereasonable estimate for the replacement of some O2 sensors for a 2006 Nissan frontier king cab that my son was driving. The error code that it was throwing was the O2 sensor but I wanted to validate and make sure. Kyle came out diagnosed the issue right away saying that unfortunately exhaust codes can be many different things and not necessarily just the O2 sensor so he ran multiple tests, smoke tests and found a number of different issues that he took care of along the way from valve covers and fuel sensors as well as replaced the up and downstream O2 sensors. This whole process took a couple of weeks as he needed to order parts and then retest based on the replacement of those parts, but that's pesky O2 error would not leave. Kyle must've come back to my house at at least 8 to 9 times over a six month period to try to solve this issue all along, not charging the additional time because the original diagnosis seemed to be very simple. I paid Kyle along the way for the parts and his labor, but he refused to continue to charge labor for coming out and retesting until the error was fixed despite sometimes the best mechanics can have reoccurring troubles and be stumped as to why codes keep throwing finally after approximately seven months of going back-and-forth with Kyle's schedule to come out and look at the truck. He replaced one side of a cat with a remanufactured version and the code finally cleared for good. I never heard from Kyle after that as I still owe him for that cat converter, but I can tell you right now that he is probably the best mobile mechanic in all of middle Tennessee that I've ever experienced despite his young age. He is a true man of integrity, character, and perseverance.

Matt's response was "if you wanted to schedule when work gets done then you should have picked a large shop that does that. Here you just get in line and wait. - None of this was expressed to me initially and they had no problem taking my vehicle right away, but now that it isn't resolved, they will get to it whenever they can. - I even called ahead when I found the issue wasn't fixed and thought I set up an 'appointment' for Friday since I was told to bring it in Friday morning and leave it. The vehicle sat there all day and wasn't touched. That's when I got the 'we don't work weekends, but you'll need to leave it and maybe we look at it next week. Completely inconsiderate and disregard for their customers. So save yourself the frustration and a huge headache. Avoid these people at all costs.
