Stuck on a muddy back road. Called Willie's Towing. The truck was there in 20 mins. Very professional driver, WIL , had to run a cable a few hundred feet to get to my location. Was out in a short time, no damage! Excellent service! read more

I couldn't have said it better than the reviews above - this company has the most foul-mouthed, unprofessional staff. They're incredible rude, swear at you, raise their voices when directing you where to go to pick up the car. They charge about ~$150/night, but if anything goes wrong with your vehicle, they blame you and charge you more to get another towing company to pick up your car from THEIR towing company. This company needs to go out of business. ASAP! I'm surprised this company is not being reported and investigated to shut down. Worst experience from ANY business I've ever dealt with. read more

Had to call police to help us even get in and pay. They charged for 3 days for a vehicle that stayed at the yard 2 nights. Scam and money grab under the contract they have with HHPS. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. After my boyfriend was in an accident and his truck was not drivable we called them for a tow. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude & laughed at us. Not a respectable company AT ALL. After reading many reviews on google and yelp, and even public FB posts it is quite obvious this is a common opinion. These people should not run a business. read more

This is the WORST towing company I have ever dealt with, they are INCREDIBLY RUDE!! Linda who answers the phone should take a class on customer service! To hang up on people for simply asking a question is beyond rude! I hope you go out of business as I will NEVER use your service or recommend you, I am soooooo disappointed in this company. Willys picked up my truck one night , they sent a young lady to pull my truck to their yard (young girl with a rotten tooth in the front) while loading my truck i told her not to use the power door locks because it would set off my alarm and i wouldn't be able to start the truck after wards . After making me feel like a idiot because she knew everything , she failed to listen to my request . I went to pick my truck up which was stone dead . The driver that was there to help me hooked up the booster cables . My alarm went off and the interior light was left on (im thinking intentionaly ) after repeated attempts to boost my truck with the tow truck willy told the driver to pull my truck out of the yard and leave me and my dead truck stranded and carry on about his day . I called auto spa who is awesome ! Recommend him to everyone took me home and notified me of other complaints ageist willys . After further inspection i noticed a dent in my drivers side door that was never there before and replaced the 2 dead battery's took my truck for a drive and the wheel alignment was out . I had a alignment done not even a week before that . These people only care about your money , they could care less about a customer . find anyone besides Willys towing . Hands down the worst towing company in town ! read more
