I was shocked to look at our plate and realize it had expired, we had moved and my other car registration was sent to us but not our newest car. I made one phone call and I picked up the new registration the next day . It expired in 18 days !! So Auto Tags of Florida saved me hours waiting at the tax collector. I called to confirm my 11am appointment and they said no worries all set. Arrived and was told to not sign in as if you have an appointment. Around 11:45 I noticed people who randomly walked in were being handled before me. Everything they did was super slow and some people were doing nothing behind the counter. Around 12:40 I got up there after complaining only to find there is a 3% fee to give them a check - free at real Tax office - my fees for paying via check for all I planned to do would have been over $6k - the arrogant folks said good luck going to Bonita Office - this place is a scam unless you have small deals, even then bad service and slow - might as well wait at a real office. So far so good. I was out of state and needed plates and registration. I went in on Thursday and had my plate by Monday. I was texted when it was ready and came right in. I paid about 600 for the registration which I think is a lot, but I needed it done ASAP. I paid to extend until the following year and needed my title mailed in and transferred to Florida. I called a few weeks prior to my visit to gather information on what documents I needed to transfer my out of state vehicle to FL and Aymen helped me right away. When I came in on a Friday afternoon, he greeted me and helped me with my title transfer and new plates. It was very convenient and less hassle than going to the DMV. Their fees are pretty low too. Fantastic Service, Great Venue, No Waiting! We needed title and tags for an out-of-state antique car. We went to another place first and they told us we didn't have a correct form from the state where we purchased the car. The dealer assured us the form was correct from the state. A few hours later, we went to Auto Tags of Florida Services, which was a much nicer venue. They too were initially skeptical about the form, but told us not to worry because if the DMV didn't accept it, they would work it out with the DMV and dealer. If, for some reason, they couldn't get it worked out, they wouldn't charge us. That's all we needed to hear. We had our tag the next business day, which was a day earlier than they had promised. I went there and paid over $1,000 to register my 2 out of state vehicles. While I was waiting there a costumer comes on and complains that she paid for 2 years and they only gave her 1 year. That put me on alert so when I went to pick up my plates that I paid for 2 years for I also only received 1 year and to top it of there was a totally different address on the registration. They tried to say maybe it was one of my old addresses and that I would have to go to DMV and fix it myself. I told him that was impossible because I just moved to Florida 2 months ago I never lived in Florida. After a heated argument I was told I had to go to DMV on my own so it made no sense to use them. I went to Deerfield Auto Tag Agency first at the direction of the DMV. I don't know why they're sending people there when Auto Tags of Florida Services was right across the street and literally took me 10 minutes to finish everything. I stood in line at Deerfield Auto Tag Agency outside in the heat for over an hour just to be messed with by the employee behind the counter, see my review of that crappy business. Auto Tags of Florida Services was completely different. They took my paperwork, didn't ask for anything extra like Deerfield did, and I got my expiration sticker and new title within two weeks. It literally took me 10 minutes to drop off, 1 minute to pick up the license sticker after a couple days, and that was it! The title came right to my house about a week later! Trustworthy & honest establishment. I went in to renew my Tag because it was close to my doctors office. Unfortunately I didn't have everything I needed, but I accidentally left my wallet & didn't know where I'd left it until I got a letter in the mail saying that I'd left it there. My ID, CC's and money were all there. My phone # was inside on one of my business cards, but they were that respectful of my privacy, they'd not even looked inside. BUT instead of paying $36, like I did last year at the dmv, I ended up paying $57 which includes a $10 "office fee" and you don't even get your registration until the next day at 5pm. Ayman then explained to my father that he told me it would be 5 days BEFORE he took the $600+ from me, which was an outright lie.
