Came in to get a copy of my registration and the title to my car not sure what all i paid for but it costed $51 to do so . I lost my registration for my car so i needed another copy of it and my car been paid off for almost a year now and I never got the title . The clerk told me the title was virtual but he can print a actual copy and I guess if you get it up front you pay extra for it, again the two papers costed me $51. Wheww for some paper lol the line was medium took about 45 minutes to get it all done i guess that it was not too bad the line was getting longer as i was leaving. The service was ok it was about 3-4 active clerks i was here around 12:30 i guess that was around lunch time . Ps it was very hot in there and I believe you can bring pets. read more

I wasn't able to renew my tags online and I don't have time in my day to go all the way to the dmv and wait so I decided to try one of these title/tag places. The service here was fantastic! The gal was very nice, explained the process informed me of the fees (which were comparable to what I would have paid at the dmw) It was so quick and easy to renew my tags here, I even received them same week. The worst experience ever I been here before and it's always normal but today a girl named Kenia was the one who took me today I got here at 2:00 and was able to get in the window at 2:15 it's 4:00 pm and I'm just getting out with nothing solved she took like 6 people while taking me I had to scoop to the side or sit down and wait for half an hour for nothing to be solved then when I asked her if she could tell me what paper work I needed so next time I wouldn't have anything missing or have to check anything she couldt tell me anything she needed to take my info next honestly such a horrible experience read more

I had to go in to renew my tag and submit the paperwork for a custom personalized license plate. I got there at about 11:30 on a Monday morning and was there for just over 30 minutes. The line was kind of long, but there were 4 or 5 people working so it moved pretty quickly. The person who helped me was such a delight. She took care of everything quickly and efficiently while maintaining a great attitude. I normally dread going to these places, but this was a pretty good experience. read more

This was a brutal visit. The line was long but not out of the door. I stood in line for about an 1 hour and 30 minutes; my feet hurt so bad. They were on fire so make sure to wear comfortable shoes. It would have been a more pleasant experience if they had enough people at the desks to help people. There are 7 desk/windows but only 3 people serving. The good news is once you actually get to the window to be helped it's super quick if you have all of your paperwork. They also charge 2% and 3% fees if you pay with card and not cash. read more

I am still trying to get my financed car registered here in FL - I had started that process when things hit with Covid. I had my lienholder mail the document needed to transfer the title. I received a copy but have not been able to confirm that they had received it. I then went to the tag agency in Coral Springs but evidently, even though I had the document that my lienholder mailed to me, I had to go back to the DB location - although they never could locate this document. I have been calling for months now to get advice on next steps (as I don't want to waste day #4 that I need to take off of work as a Vacation day in line at the tag agency). Nobody ever picks up the phone and the v/ms that I've left are unreturned. Now the mailboxes are just full and won't accept any new messages. I'm going to have to go back just to find out what I need to do and will then probably need to take off Day #5 to get it resolved once they confirm that they do have the form. My tags are expired now so I am completely unable to drive my vehicle while trying to navigate through this nonsense. The one time that I went into this location prior to Covid, the line wasn't too bad and I was in and out in about 30 minutes (however it was unsolved). Boo. read more

And understand that the people who work here have to deal with the entire public, and some people are just not nice and/or crazy. So there's that part of their job. So, I am gonna start off be saying that this review is not towards any working there. It's because I waited more than I had planned. You can go here but it's a small place camped into a corner. They are doing the best they can, and to anyone going here please have patience and compassion for these workers. There's only so much that they can do for folks like us out here. The line may be stagnant, flowing out to the parking lot. It grows as the day goes on. Pick your time and plan yourself accordingly. Free yourself for the next hour or two and save yourself the stress of running late somewhere. Besides that the dude that helped me was pretty dope and made my turn in line smooth and easy. I got my new tag in less than 10 minutes. P.s I brought a water bottle with me, it came in handy while waiting in line for 1+ hours. But also be mindful that their bathroom may be out of service... So my friends, do what you will with that last piece of information. read more

These people are the absolute worst and seemingly dishonest and liars. When registering an out of state car in Florida I told the rep that I would pay the extra charge to get my title the same day. After charging me she told me that they had run out of "blanks" so I couldn't get my title the same day. Really? That was 4 months ago and despite repeated phone calls I still have not received the title. Went back today in person and was actually yelled at by one of their reps and her supervisor. Loudly yelled at mind you. Then told that I would need to pay for a lost title, even though I never received it. After wanting me to pay $120, I left. Pretty amazing how much it was going to cost to fix their mistake. Looking at the Florida official Motor vehicle website when I got home was a pleasant surprise as the official cost for a title that was lost in the mail. Free, yes no charge. Absolutely awful customer service! The other one star reviews are right on the money. I came in to get an out of state registration changed to Florida. This was EARLY December. I was asked to have my finance company transfer title to them. I faxed a form and confirmed with the finance co. they had faxed it over them (MONTHS ago). While my temp tags expired leaving me drive with an unregistered vehicle just to get to work and weeks / months went on - NO CALL from this agency. I made FIVE calls to them and could never reach a live person. I left a very detailed messages one after the other with my situation and contact info. Not so much as the courtesy of a return call. I finally had to leave work early and go to the agency. They pulled my file and the reason that was given was that "inactive number" listed on my file. She proceeded to clearly recite the number I printed on the form and it was correct and legible. NO attempt to reach me! I remained calm but told the person helping me how disappointed I was that I never received a call. She proceeded to tell me "I'm not responsible for calling people". Even if the BS story about not being able to reach me was true (and it certainly was not), how do they explain the numerous non-returned phone calls placed to this agency. What everyone said is true. The employees look, sound and act miserable. They will joke with each other but the customers seem to be a nuisance to them. The agency overseeing this facility owes the people of Broward County an explanation for this horrific experience and incompetence. Through it all, never once did I get a simple "I'm sorry for the error and delay". Payment didn't get any better. Over $500 for this wonderful experience. They don't take credit cards, they charge fees for debit cards and their cash machine doesn't disperse enough money to pay the criminal fees they charge. Had the pleasure of transferring my out of state registrations about 5X over the years at this agency. As recent as 3 days ago. Always great service. The long line proves how good they are. It takes a little while but the employees behind the counter know their stuff!! Only thing I suggest is get there an hour before they open and you'll be in and out quick. I've been here three times and all three times sucked. The first time, I waited in line for an hour just for them to tell me I had to use their form and fax it to my dealer to have my title mailed or faxed back to them. One hour wasted. The second time, I waited an hour and mid way in line at closing time, they locked the doors. I didn't have cash or check on me so I had my husband go get cash. I asked the guy that was locking the doors to see if my husband could have cash passed to me, he said, "no people could pass weapons and stuff." I said, "ok well I'm not going to wait longer if they will reject me because I didn't have cash or check." I left. One hour wasted again. I found out that they had an ATM machine on site and there were no signs anywhere stating so. The guy could've at least told me. The third time, I waited two hours just to have them tell me that they don't have my title. We called a week earlier and waited on the phone for half an hour to confirm if they had our title. We work weekdays so we couldn't get there until the weekend. After waiting in line for two hours!, they said the title was mailed back 4 days ago because it's been over 30 days. Yes, partly it's my fault I didn't pick it up right away but I work weekdays and had a trip back to Rhode Island one week. Overall, I wasted 4 and a half hours of my life for NOTHING. Not a happy camper. Bad customer service. Stinky customers. Long line. I'd rather pay extra to have someone do it for me. read more

This place is HORRIBLE! How did it get 2.5 stars?! Can I give zero stars or a half star? After waiting outside in line for an hour (due to COVID) the rep "helping" me told me I needed a bill of sale and gave me a form to fill out. I asked if my brother (who sold me the car) could write all this information down on a piece of paper, sign it, and text me back a picture since he lives out of state? She said yes, just come back before 5 pm. I went outside, called my brother, got the info & picture, and brought it back. The "bouncer" at the front door asked me for my "ticket" to come back in and wouldn't let me back in. Luckily the lady that was "helping" me was sitting up front and I told the bouncer "that woman right there is the one that's helping me." I got back in and was told BY THE SAME REP THAT HELPED ME BEFORE that I would need the original document and signature from my brother, directly contradicting what she told me 15 minutes ago. All this for a beater car with the original title bought from a guy that has my same last name?! Why does this have to be so difficult?! And what about the rep with amnesia?! Conny, who is the manager is enforcing "rules" that are not posted on the website. I waited in line 3 hours - at 5:00 a security guard shut down the line but said that people in line already will be served. I got in on with the necessary documentation to find out I needed more documents. I was not given a "pass". When I returned with the "required" document, they stated that since I didn't have a "pass" and didn't return on the same day, I would need to wait 3 more hours. Conny is unprofessional, rude, and a very unpleasant person with no people skills. She should not be a manager. read more

Not too sure about the customer service but we were in and out pretty quickly on Saturday morning to renew our vehicle registration. For whatever reason we are unable to renew it online so last year I spent 3 painful hours at the Delray Beach DMV with two toddlers on a weekday, so just for being open on Saturday this place was a life saver. read more

I went in today , on a Monday , after 4pm expecting a huge line like the DMV. Yo my pleasant surprise, there were only 3 people ahead of myself and plenty of staff behind the counter. I was transferring my auto title and it was painless , quick and effective. The customer service rep was efficient and yet patient as I had not completed the missing paperwork. I had filled out the paper as much as I could and she helped me with the rest. Chaquita was quick working with me, but pleasant. She was also sweet and used my first name when talking to me!
