I worked with Tristan Sothern and he was great about keeping me informed throughout the purchase and install process. I was able to express what parts I wanted and Tristan had recommendations of alternatives that worked better in his experience. He also let me know during the install that with the two row radiator they had to cut the bumper bar to get it to fit which they did without an additional charge. The car idles great and the power delivery is super smooth through the rev range. Tristan and team are clearly passionate about Subarus as well as getting the job done right. I'm very happy with the result as well as the clear communication through the whole process.
