There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

Not being able to come in until Tuesday 8/4 due to circumstances beyond her control, they actually told her that she lost her credit for the $941.oo! Are we missing something here? She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

When we first called this company we were surprised to hear a voice on the other line at 9pm at night on a Friday, not a recording, not an answering service. We talked for over an hour about different cars with Paul. Paul gave us instruction to find a list of cars and send them over. Paul walked us through different cars and told us yes or no on several models along with what is good and what to stay away from. We also went through, very thoroughly, the vehicles that would be at the auction. Paul Spent at least 12 hours on the phone with us to make it a great experience. He had to have had at least 20 hours into this deal. He came back with several options of our vehicle with different mileage, different options, and which vehicles had severe damage and which had minimal issues like a light scratch on a taillight. I am not a robot, I really dealt with this company. If you talk to him on the phone you will realize how into this he is. I couldn't have asked for better service. I have now purchased 4 cars through Paul and his team. My daughter purchased her most recent car, and my father in law purchased his most recent car through Paul. I'll never buy a car another way again- what's not to like about being able to find a low mileage, slightly used, under warranty high end vehicle for significantly less than new cost and materially less than buying through traditional sources? As long as you are comfortable with dealing with a car transaction without seeing the people you are dealing with in person, using Paul's service is a no brainer. As a long-time Lexus enthusiast who has owned several vehicles, I am quite disappointed with my recent service experience, which is the reason for this email. On June 19th, I purchased a brand new 2026 Lexus IS 350, which included an interior and exterior ceramic coating, a sun strip, and all-around tints as part of the "We Owe You" package. However, when I dropped off my vehicle on July 3rd, I was informed just two hours later that the tint technician no longer worked there. I had to wait and eventually reschedule. Tyler, who has always been fantastic, arranged for a valet service, and on July 24th, my vehicle was picked up. I was told I would have it back on Monday, which I was fine with. On Friday evening, Anthony Jones informed me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I mentioned I might pick it up on Saturday, but he was supposed to call back to confirm and never did. On Monday, I called over three times seeking confirmation regarding when my vehicle would be returned, only to be told it might be Wednesday, along with a reminder that a loaner was provided for such delays. Deciding around 5 PM to retrieve my vehicle, I drove over an hour to the dealership. Unfortunately, I was not attended to by Anthony, who was supposed to be my contact while Tyler was out. Instead, the receptionist had me sign off on the vehicle, which was waiting outside, and I left. While driving, I noticed that the windshield appeared oily. I attempted to clean it the next day using water, soap, and ammonia-free glass cleaner, but nothing worked, leaving me with a cloudy windshield. Upon further inspection of the tints, I was shocked to find scratches and numerous bubbles on the side and back windows. I am truly disappointed with my Lexus experience and the significant inconvenience this entire situation has caused. Please reach out to me so we can resolve this situation.

Austin took his time to show us everything that each vehicle was capable of and had to offer as we test drove them to get a feel of what it would be like to own it and get around the digital screen, Apple car play, and so much more! It made the process streamlined and easy to talk as we discovered each area. When it was clear that we desired the RX350, we pulled our trade around and met with Giselle who was also absolutely amazing throughout the process and gave us a fair deal for our trade, far above what I expected to be honest. While we met with Brian, they took our new car to fill it with gas, wash it, and wax it so it was ready to drive when we were done with finance . Brian was fantastic, showed us our options but never pressured. Even though we already were approved and had a loan walking in, we ended up signing with Lexus finance instead to take advantage of the $1,000 military rebate and also because our bank didn't have an available GAP insurance which was unfortunate. We met Austin again at the car and he went through the programmed seating capabilities, lighting, heated seats and downloaded the app with us. Lastly we took pictures and even video driving out!! What a truly fun and phenomenal experience buying our first Lexus! If you're in the market, I recommend Lexus of Orlando, and Austin Lewis as your sales person, he will definitely take care of you without feeling pressured and you'll leave feeling confident in how to use your new car as well as the purchase you made.
