Absolutely worst experience ever!!! The information I was given before I got the lot was false. I still ended up getting a car that broke done 3 days later. Car has "supposedly " getting fixed for the last month. The communication is terrible and when you finally speak to someone they just give you the run around. The owner replied to my comment stating that they repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction and that is a bold face lie!! They did not fix any problem at all and the issue has gotten worse, I set up an appointment to try to get them to fix it and they want to charge me 75$ just to tell me what is wrong. When I questioned them about why the problem was not fixed the first time the lady tried to tell me it was never brought in with an issue because they never offered me a warranty. Decent selection of cars. Was dissuaded to a cheaper car. Financed at high price. Not allowed to check car with mechanic; had serious repair needed in two days; took two weeks to schedule and repair. Same day new issue; two more weeks for service appt. After second repair now out of warranty and car drives worse. All the warning lights illuminated, and I had to restart the car several times before it eventually resumed functioning. DO NOT GO HERE! They claim to not use credit when indeed they do. After emailing my entire life history to her, Christina specifically told me "Oh we go by your income and I've checked everything and it looks great!" just for me to get all the way there to tell me I needed more money down due to my credit history AFTER we had already discussed my credit history via phone. She even told me someone else's life story that related to mine and how the lady was just approved the day before. I'm now reading other reviews about the poor quality vehicles they have and BOY OH BOY am I ecstatic that I didn't put an extra $1000 dollars to sign on the dotted line! There even was a lady cursing them out in Spanish the entire time I was there, THAT should've been a red flag for me. Natali at auto bank was a great help I went here in need of a car so bad and she made sure she got me in a very good car with no problem, great energy and great atmosphere, I thought the service was great I am back here two days later because my engine light came on , I am late for work and have been sitting here over 30 minutes and no one has come to check on me or let me know what's going on , I just have to say it's kind of ridiculous I'm back less than 48 hours and there is no sense of urgency... I am a little disappointed. Hopefully what ever the issue is it's fixed today or I'm gonna have to ask for a refund or a different more reliable vehicle read more

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from them 4 months ago 2 days after purchasing I was back because of my check engine light then they " fixed it" then about a month after that I set another appointment because it started to drag for no apparent reason once again they " fixed it " and I was told to use premium gas just yesterday my check engine light came back on and my gears immediately stopped working my car started to go in reverse on the E way the scariest experience ever I had to turn my car completely off and have it towed to them I am seriously disappointed after putting 3k down for my car and having it only 4 months I should not be having these problems not to mention I'm missing work because of this ! read more

Purchased a car from them in November for $8, 300 more than the car was worth (definitely took advantage of my situation and are accounting the price for dvd players that the screens were all scratched up and not even working and a car that should be in prestine condition as far as driving) check engine light has been on since the 3rd day of having it. Have had it at their shop more than I've been able to drive it without issues. I have an added service contract with them for 24 months/24,000 miles for them to fix the vehicle. Their mechanics keep resetting the check engine light and saying it's fixed. Tried multiple times to get a hold of Managers but the employees always give me the run around they are understaffed and they will get to me the very next day.. Sent an email 2 and a half weeks ago to a Manger named Marilina and am still waiting on a response. I stopped 1 car note and NOW they are texting me about the payment, but not the issues I'm having with the vehicle. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. read more
