I called them up Friday afternoon and asked if I should get a wheel alignment so they could see if there is anything in there. They said just come in and we will have a look and go from there. I went in on Saturday morning, they took it out the back, jacked it up for a look, and did a wheel balance (I think) to check that everything was okay. Luckily found nothing wrong, finished within half and hour.. AND did not charge me a thing. I was happy to pay for that 1/2 hour but no. I am beyond happy with their treatment and service and will be going there from now on for all my car needs.

But these guys are ever ready to give you a hand and will answer all your questions. They all appeared friendly and genuinely eager to help customers, and there were a few when I was there. They've got good pricing and can order in items for you from the warehouse or other stores if they are out of it. Did I mention after he replaced the wiper blades with the new ones he went back out and fitted them onto the car? All the while I was checking the availability of an air filter. I went back to take my car back then he charged me $280 again for the coolant and changing filters and engine oil for which he already charged me with in $1400 bill at first instance. When I asked for clarification for extra charges he became very abusive and physically assault me. Finally I called police and relive my car after paying illegitimate charges of $280. Transmission was also serviced because they detected some faults on the MB star equipment they use. Tranny shifted much better after service. Parts replaced were on the bench when I picked up the car. Smart, sharp French guy who has good knowledge of the Benz. I was surprised on how confident he was about his work and my car did feel much smoother after service. I will take my car to them from now on.. Being a girl it's not easy to trust a mechanic, I must admit I was happy to see the old filters and parts before paying my bill..

The workmanship is above and beyond what I have received in any other workshop and I would and do recommend this workshop to my family and friends. The first time I really tested them was at an old employer when my boss couldn't get a brake error cleared when he was driving. He tried Ford and several others with no success. I then recommended Clint to my boss who I had only been to a couple of times and he received his car with no error and very little charge for the work done compared to ford and the other individual mechanics. Since then, I have came to him with both complicated and very hard repairs which not only has he completed, but has done so with outstanding results. As for the review below, if he recommends new brake rotors then maybe accept the qualified mechanic's opinion instead of demanding a 3rd party machinist to file down your rotors and then complain. I've known these guys for a long time and if they didn't send it in to be machined it would probably be because there was nothing left to be skimmed!

Arrive at the shop to be told only one disc was machined and that it 'may' drive a little different. Driving home it becomes apparent the car is now undrivable. Call them back and get some half a$$ed, pathetic response. My brakes were better before I went to this mob and now my car is not safe to drive!!! I had to book my car into a brake specialist (writing this from Brakes plus frankston) the very next day and they showed me the shoddy workmanship done on the one rotor. Robin from brakes plus asked me what kind of machine was used, that's how bad the job is. I cannot stress how negative my experience was. If i could vote no stars, I would. They obviously do not care about their customers safety unless they can upsell you on their products. Please avoid and save yourself the worry and stress. Businesses like this should be made accountable for their dodgy workmanship and blatant disregard for the public's safety when all they care about is making a buck.
