The kid that was cleaning my small suv was a shit. I had dirt still all through my vehicle. Even the manager had excuses after excuses after a bullshit. My folks and I have been coming here for years. After this trip we will never come back. The kid was only interesting and tip from my mother then actually cleaning my vehicle like he's supposed to. When I open the back of my vehicle on our next stop I really realized how shitty they really clean. When I opened the back there was still dust and dirt you will see in the pictures I took afterwards. I still had water spots on my car and windows. Always a good experience. Friendly staff. Great manager. They do a good job. I read the reviews and see people getting nitpicky over little things but, you didn't have to wash your car yourself. I have the monthly plan and stop by every day during pollen season and the guys always have a smile and take care of it. Great job as always read more

Very poor quality of interior I spoke with the manager on duty and he tried to justify their inability to provide a good vacuum service and just simple things that should have been addressed. Cleaning cloth left in seat, trash moved to the console, console wasn't cleaned, windows appear to have been cleaned with something that left a greasy film and couldn't be wiped off with a paper towel. read more

Very good car wash for the most part. This location gets pretty busy during the weekends, but comes to show the quality and professionalism of this establishment. I'm always kindly greeted and generally the rest of the staff are friendly and nice. This means a lot knowing they are working a very labor intensive job and often in the heat, to still show great kindness to the customers. The wash itself has many options and would almost always go with their manager's special at the time. There's also a very affordable pass through where your car gets the wash but does not get the drying/detail afterwords - very convenient. My car comes out clean after both wash and detail and I hardly notice anything that needs additional cleaning or touch up. Great wash overall, only gripe is that it is pretty pricey. read more

I assume this is the Auto Bell in the Adams Farm Shopping Center. I've patronized this business since I've moved to Adams Farm in 2000. It's always been pricey, but it is convenient and they do a good job. Today I pulled in like I always do at the entrance to the car wash. The greeter told me that I would have to go over to a station that was set up the wrong way down a one-way driveway. He said I could drive around through the finishing area and then proceed down the driveway the right way. As I tried to get through the finishing are, another man advised me that it was blocked. I told him that I would just walk over to the ticket station and get a ticket (the station was no more than 20 yards distant. The manager who was running the ticket station refused to serve me, cursed me and told me to exit the car wash (somehow) and reenter to purchase my ticket. Well, I never. This is a good way to lose a customer of 24 years. read more

I have been going to auto bell for a couple years now and the quality of the cleaning also the customer service is quite good. But that kid Cam just goes the extra mile. Every single time I see Cam he does such an amazing job with my vehicle. Also his attitude is always genuine and exciting! Auto bell will continue to have my service if Cam is there. To be in the busiest part of town it just doesn't make since. They skipped my car and worked on the car after mine I guess cause it was a younger guy. These guys are getting four stars from me because there is not one location that I can go to in the state of New Jersey and get an SUV washed for six dollars. There are multiple options for the type of wash that you can get at this location but overall it's a very simple drive-through car wash. If you choose you can have them hand dry the vehicle at the end of your wash or you can opt out and just go on your merry way. The staff that I dealt with in my short visit were very accommodating and nice. I would recommend this location for any type of quick washes for your vehicle. I did not have need of the vacuums so I can't give an opinion about that at this time. Give it a try. read more

I'd usually not go to W Gate City Blvd for a car wash, but the West Market St. location had some technical problems. They gave me a coupon for a car wash to be redeemed at this location. This car wash is bigger than the West market location and seems to have more traffic as well. The car wash on the outside was pretty good. They wiped down the car well. However, I'd not want to pay for a full service car wash. They do a quick vacuum of the floor while the car is moving towards the car wash. One of the employees yanked the vacuum hose and it got disconnected. He did not realise it until he went to the other door! In his mind, even without any suction, he was done with that side! Essentially, you pay an extra $9 for 5 seconds of vaccum per seat floor (trunk not included) Mister car wash does a much better job. After exterior wash, cars are parked and the staff takes out all the mats, vacuums the floor, washes the mats, vacuums the trunk, shines the tires and sprays freshner in one go. All this for $5 over the unlimited plan. Sadly, Mister car wash is not in NC! read more

Well I really think long and hard before pressing post on a not so lovely review. Management dropped the ball, but not the vacuum cleaner for my Kia Spec. I do better going to high school fundraiser carwashes with cheerleaders. Shame. Understood no touching of personal items, I was the only car in line- me thinks if I had brought the Mercedes with room for a pony, I would have had a better experience car wash experience. They did not vacuum at all. Didn't even move the mats. I brought it to managements attention ("I am second in charge,you need to speak to Seth") the young man washing the windows very kind, apologetic - Marvin? I asked if he would receive the tip- he did all the work. Seth never came out - we all have bad days- but this is not an acceptable experience at all. Been coming here for several years, on/off unlimited plan member with no problems. Was excited about the app membership plans so I purchased one today before heading over to the wash after work. Got there only to be turned away as my Corvette was too low to the track, which they said was new, as I had been through many times previously with no issue. This is the first time at any car wash this has happened. Not sure why AutoBell would change the dimensions of their old track to not be inclusive of cars low to the ground. Anyways, they lost a lifetime customer today. If you have a car fairly low to the ground, might as well just go elsewhere. read more

The manager gave me a courtesy book of 3 washes tor poor performance, I used 2. I went to the car wash the 3rd time and he refused to honor the 3rd card. I have never been so insulted. He acted as if I was trying to steal a free car wash. I have been a customer for over 40 years apparently my business is not worth 17.00. I will never come here again. I had a very bad experience at this car wash on West Gate City Blvd. Service paid for was not performed properly, the first mistake was not indicating on my receipt that I paid for full service. Rubber mats were not wiped off, a general vacuum was poor, carpet mats were not vacuumed I was given excuses instead of a remedy. The manager made no effort to remedy the situation, about six employees would not help. The general manager said I was to blame. Very very bad car wash, very bad customer service, very bad management. I've never had this kind of experience at any car wash in the country. So I hope Autobell corporate can figure out retraining for their company. I've been to 10.00 car washers that do a much better job. This inside and out was $20.00, they would not return the cost and gave me a hard time, bad people, bad job. Beware! read more

Stop at Auto Bell for an external ride through and hand dry. They charged 10.66, If you just want a ride through it is 6 bucks, but for it to be dried it cost 10.66. I had to wait 30 minutes to get it dried, by then the sun had already dried it and left water spots. It not worth the extra 4 bucks to dry. read more

I took my car in for Full Service Super Polyprocess for $26.99. I received a full service coupon from Autobell on Mackay Rd since they were having technical issues and was told I could visit the Gate City Blvd location. I paid extra to have everything done (super polyprocess). Everyone was friendly and helpful. The exterior was clean for the most part as they dried it while It was still inside the bay of the car wash. After I tipped them and drove off I saw my Audi still had water drops coming down the side, cotton from the towel still on he outside windows, and got home and had to clean water spots off the grill, the top of car and silver racks, and back of car plus the cotton off the window. I had to wipe the water spots off from around the car and between my seats were not vacuumed. They wiped down the doors supposed, but didn't clean off the white residue on the door. I guess that must have been extra to clean the door. It was an ok wash, but not impressed. I giggled and wondered way the last guy took a rag and kept cleaning his Mercedes as I watched from the waiting area. After I drove away I realized why when I saw water and other stuff. I then realized why he sat there and continued wiping his car down or cleaning it himself. I'll have to try another place next time unless I'm in rush and want a plain exterior wash. read more
