Great location on Stratford Road! They have hoses that are inoperative but are working on it. The every other vacuum has cleaning supplies with towels. Their team should be more outgoing and friendly. They should engage customers and assist them for questions and assist with purchases. read more

When the camera license tag readers are down and they move member lane, they need to put a sign down in the curve where you enter. It's causing people to try to backup which will cause an accident. They need to allow more space between cars going through. There is no need to pack them that close. I had an elderly lady put on brakes at exit while conveyor was about to push me into her. I laid down on horn and they did stop conveyor and had to see why lady was just sitting there. She didn't know what she was supposed to do. Close call. read more

They never get the kick panel or the wheels clean. I spend $25 and then come home and spend 20 minutes cleaning what they missed. I feel like I'm being ripped off. This has become the norm here. There are other car washes. read more

The car wash lasted maximum 10 seconds. Which is fine except my car still had soap all over it after the wash was done.

My daughters car still had bird sh/+ on it after going through. The guys were awesome when we asked if they would run it thru again. They didn't hesitate and even took an extra minute to make sure they could remove as much as possible. We will definitely be using them solely from now on!! read more

I took the car in for a quick car wash and ended up getting a monthly pass! Car wash is pretty quick (3-4 minutes) and does a pretty good job of cleaning the car. They have towels, sprays and vacuum for free if you want to clean the inside which I really appreciated. You can get a free car wash with the monthly pass which is a great value. read more

What an awesome group of people! When I was going through the process of paying for my wash, then proceeding through the wash, I immediately noticed how friendly and helpful the staff was. When time came for me to clean and vacuum the interior, I accidentally locked myself out of the car. They were very helpful by calling a locksmith for me, and even brought me a chair to sit in while I waited. These folks had it all under control, and let me know I was in good hands. The wash worked fine but didn't clean my car well. The carpet washer was out of order and the car vacuum I was at kept falling apart. They were busy so there were no open spots at other vacuums. I couldn't find any attendants. Just don't feel like I got my money's worth. read more

Wish i could give a zero star. I've been getting charged for a subscription that i never signed up for. No one will answer my calls and when i give my information to cancel (over email) it seems like they can't find it. Not sure how that works if they're still able to charge my card. Changed my card and am still getting charged extremely shady AND they charge different days so it doesn't show up as a subscription to cancel. Don't waste your money to stop in for a quick wash, you'll be looped in a for an inescapable subscription until you die. read more

Stoped by to get a quick wash for Big Blue. Had a difficult time with the machine picking up on my selection but the nice gentleman came out to help. Fast service and I will say I was impressed with the wash. The windows were really and so was the body. There were no sud marks and I love that vacuuming is free!!!! As soon as I pulled up to purchase a wash, someone was there ready to help and make that process easier. Then, the wash itself did a GREAT job with my car and I purchased the $12 wash! As my husband and I were vacuuming and wiping down my car, we were offered free air fresheners and even signed up for the loyalty program. Just had my first trip to The Wave. Had a gift card, and guy came quickly from the office to help. Attendant was helpful. Hand scrubbed front and back windshield. Process was easy. Free vacuums and cloths were another plus. Drying process left the car amazingly shiny and drip free! Only problem was: the brushes left long multiple SCRATCHES on my hood!! BIG PROBLEM!! I took my car here at the recommendation of a co-worker and I was pretty satisfied with the service I got! When I first arrived I was a bit hesitant because it seemed pretty packed, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway. I'm glad I did! First off, as you pull up to the area where you select your wash, there was an employee there waiting to assist you. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a recommendation. I'll add that I was expecting him to suggest the most expensive wash, but he actually suggested a middle of the road option that wasn't too pricey and seemed appropriate. As I pulled up and got ready to go through the cycle, I let another employee know that there was a particular spot on my car that I was hoping to get looked at, and he went out of his way to scrub the spot by hand before sending me through the wash. Once you get through (maybe 3-4 mins from paying to exiting) you can pull your car around and access free vacuum stations. They also have attendants walking around offering you free air fresheners! Ultimately I was impressed with the service I got and the helpfulness/friendliness of every person I interacted with. Highly recommend! read more

We signed up for their car wash "subscription" (?) a few months ago. It was their most expensive car wash on a deal for only $25 a month for one or two months a while back. It has since gone to its normal price of $45 a month but it involves unlimited car washes for the whole month, free vacuums (although those may be included with any wash honestly) and it actually does a good job. Our son loves the cool "Lava Flow" lights (he is two) and although that's awesome, make sure you have your vents full blast because the smell is amazing. We smell it in our car for a few days. Honestly, we are going through budget stuff right now and this has been a much harder break than I thought it would be. But we plan to pick it back up in a few months. Seriously, the brilliant car wash and the smell will keep you coming back for more. Plus, the people here actually seem to enjoy their jobs. The positive atmosphere makes this place so much better. Get the unlimited car wash for $45 a month. You will be back for more, just as we have and will again soon. read more
