When you enter, drive to the left to get rid of the trash in your car. I have never stopped for the full service, but this is my go to for the ride-thru service. The cashiers are always very friendly and get you through the wash very quickly. You can see the workers working very hard. If you go through the wash and want to leave, stay in your lane and hang to the left of the lot. You can hop out to adjust your side mirrors, if necessary and sometimes they add a plastic wrap around the rear wiper. If you are getting a full service, pull your car tot he right. So far, I have had any complaints. I think the prices are great value. I pay more at a laser wash from time to time and my car doesn't get as cleaned as well as this car wash. read more

Would never recommend anyone to use Auto bell. Brushes leave swirl marks. The carwash also damage several chrome pieces on my truck and I had to get repaired. They won't even let you just have the inside cleaned and use a touch less car wash instead. Place is not well maintained either. read more

Autobell hasn't failed me as far as cleaning/wash and customer experience with the staff. I'm always greeted by a kind and energetic employee (even after seeing them through sweat and manual labor). They aren't pushy and you don't feel rushed in which service you want. The services itself are a bit pricey. The wash itself is fairly fast and you either pull out and leave (if you choose just a pass through wash), or to the side while the staff cleans inside/dries your car. My car has always been spotless and the staff are efficient with their time and effort of cleaning your car fully without wasting any extra time. A great feature is they scent the inside of your car at the end with your choice of scent (new car smell is preferred for me). read more

I called back same day and left him a message. That was almost 10 days ago and haven't heard anymore. What a joke. Went to get my car cleaned as I'm getting ready to sell it and wanted it to look nicer for pictures. I paid $40 for the "full service",fragrance, etc. It was crowded so it took about 20 mins for them to get to me, no big deal. The issue lies where your workers are rushing through cars so fast that people aren't getting their moneys worth. My floor mats don't even look like they were touched, my interior as well. As you can see in pictures there's no way they even attempted to clean my cupholders and other compartments. The only pros were the actual car wash (done by a machine so you can't go wrong there) and the fragrance. Don't go to this place, save your money and do it at home or pay the extra $$ for a detail that's worth it. I'm glad I had a gift card otherwise I would've gotten my money back for sure. read more

Good car wash. They work hard!. Absolutely amazing. I paid $39 , more than I ever pay but GOT way more than I ever did before. The wipe down. The wheel and tire treatment. Armor all treatment ( make sure they do it) But the winner of all.... VACUMN! I had straw and flower remnants from spring flower delivery...my carpets in my SUV WERE FILTHY. I went to an autobell in Virginia Beach on vacation where I got the exterior and interior super polyprocess package which is basically everything. They had some special where if I got that, I could get another one for half the price to use anytime at any location and it never expires. So I came to this one today and gave them my card thing that was given me and to I was told to wait in the lobby. I lie to you not, I was sitting for like 5-6 minutes. When they waved at me for to get my car, In my mind, I was like "there is no way it's done already". I was waiting for a little bit in VA and I watched them work on my car and they did a really good job. They even showed me my car and asked me to look and see if everything was good before allowing me to leave. They fixed a couple things i asked them to with no issue. But at this location, they simply handed my keys and told me to have a good day. The door panels and console wasn't clean at all... it's like they didn't even wipe it, which they probably didn't. I could tell they wiped my touch screen, but it still have spots on it. They didn't take the time to vacuum my rugs. My windows weren't clean. Just overall a big fat disappointment for the interior cleaning. And that was the MAIN purpose for me coming. I cleaned my entire car out in the "organize your car section" so there would be nothing in the way for them to clean the console and door panels. I just read a post from yesterday that said the interior cleaning quality various... this is my first time and I agree! If there is inconsistency, then they need to be retrained! I could've done a better job myself, but I don't have the time or really want to. That's why I pay for someone else to do it. I don't have the money to just be wasting or getting a half ass job. But I have to agree with the post from yesterday. Exterior cleaning quality is fine but interior cleaning quality is TRASH! On the plus side, the staff was nifriendly. Little confused at first on where to drive in but saw the small sign. Probably a restriction about signs around here? You can pick your wash. Fully loaded around $25 and the guys take their time. This place is the worst. I also bought the "best" package. After the "detailer" waved his rag at me indicating that my car was done I went and inspected it. They had simply run the car through the car wash and dryed it. I asked the kid who was apparently responsible for "finishing" it if he was done and he told me that "it was his job to stand there and clean anything I wasn't happy with." I told him the while car had to be redone as it was still covered in dirt and road grime from the construction on high point road... Ultimately, I had to grab a rag and "help" him clean my car. Usually go here since it's close to where I live and just get the basic package. Never any problem. Went last week after a beach trip and bought most expensive package thinking that they would actually vacuum the inside pretty well since I mentioned that it needs it! Got my car and it didn't even look like they vacuumed the back AT ALL!!! Had to go back to complain and finally it was cleaned right. Yes, these pictures are from AFTER my car wash. Unbelievable. $20 premium wash, including vacuuming and a wipe down of the inside and this is what I get?! Pricing is slightly above average, service is awkward and disturbingly lazy. I mean seriously, this is just unacceptable. I guess when the description of the service says wipe down, it literally means a single wipe down of your center console. Don't get me wrong, I just moved from Orlando so my car was surely messy, but no more then average, and either way isn't that the point of the car wash? I usually take my F-150 to this location with no problems. Last time they asked me to first take the loose bungee cords out of the bed and they took out the 2x6 board I use to divide the bed before washing. No problem. This time I was told the bed had to be spotless - no loose twigs or leaves - before washing. If I'm going to clean the bed myself I might as well clean the whole truck myself. If they don't want to use the automatic wash to clean the bed they should do it by hand - not ask the customer to. Poor customer service. read more

This is probably the wash experience ever! I cannot believe the service I received. Honestly, I wish I would've just drove my car through a wash rather than buy an over priced, "deluxe" wash that was mediocre at best. After waiting for my car, I finally walked across to Harris Teeter to get a Starbucks drink. When I came back, my car door was wide open without an attendant nearby. I was supposed to get an inside and outside cleaning, but there were spots everywhere! To top the cake, when I went to claim my car, they were adamant that I wasn't the owner. I my hands were full with my drink and a couple personal belongings so I had a hard time finding my ticket. The part that angered me was that they hadn't asked for any one else's ticket! I've been using this location for 15 years. In the past, I would have given them a favorable review. However, I discovered a significant decrease in service on May 21. Rather than getting out of the car for it to go through the wash, customers are now expected to remain in the car. 1. I am extremely claustrophobic and could not do this even if I thought it was acceptable. 2. I take issue with being expected to do the work for which I am paying someone else. I always have a book handy, so I can read while waiting. When I asked why the change had been made, I received an answer of "productivity." I am not interested in giving my business to a company that would compromise the customer experience for the sake of squeezing through a few more customers (greedy?). I exited the line without having my car washed and will not return there. I will not support the self service/lack of customer attention that has become so prevalent in the service and retail industries of today. Companies seem to think we have to put up with whatever shortcuts and reductions in standards they want to implement. Well, we do not! read more

Bought the manager special, after I got home I realized they didn't vacuum the back seat and didn't wipe down the door jams and few other things...I complained via email and let it go. This location has really gone downhill recently. I could do a better job myself at the gas station vacuum I pay $1 to use. I paid $41 plus a $51 tip and I would expect to get get that much effort, but that's asking too much. I will use the other part of the manager's special I paid for at another location. read more

The Jamestown autobell used to be awesome. In the past 3 years it has become awful. Today I tried to use a coupon code that was texted to me only to be told they don't accept the text codes. They also do an awful job cleaning the insides of your windows and around the bumpers. Good thing my kid is old enough to learn how to wash a car now. My husband took his car to them and paid for the best package. They didn't even dry the car. My husband had to use tire cleaner that he had in his trunk to clean the tires and had to grab a tag and clean the door jams himself! Not even the windshield or passenger side window were cleaned and even after complaining, I drove off with them with many spots. (Have taken time stamped photos.) Inside smells like a lemon juice factory, not just scented. Nothing about my car was cleaned as good as I get for less money where I live. My Autobell wash job was wasted money. I visit the Jamestown location located at 5008 Mackey road today to get a car wash, I had a small crack at the to of my windshield, I ask the attendant (emp# 16941) if it was safe to do the drive through, he assured me that it was safe, after pulling out of car wash, my windshield was cracked all the way across, I spoke to the manager, he responde that it was nothing he could do about it, wasn't their responsibility. As the conversation continued, he talked to the untrained employee, the manager gave me a book of free car wash coupons, and said that the employee shouldn't have told me that, I'm not a complainer, and I've work in the service industry over 40 years, was impress with how this was handled, especially when's he manager told me if I call the 800 number, the complaint will still come to him, and he have the final say/sam decision. read more

I went to this location on May 24, 2019 and asked for a ride through wash and gave them a credit card for payment. The attendant asked if I wanted an upgrade and I replied that I only wanted a ride through. He gave me back my credit card and I went through. I did not get a receipt--my mistake. When I later checked my credit card I learned that I had been charged the upgraded price despite my decline for the upgrade. I contacted the company via their website and soon received a phone call from a representative. He asked if I wanted a free wash (for which I would be required to have an attendant call him when I went to redeem) or if I wanted a credit on my card for the difference. I said I wanted a credit on my account. He said it would take a couple of days. When I checked a week later no credit had been made so I called the number again and spoke to the same person. He blamed it on the central office and said he would have them process it again. That was 10 days ago and still no credit. read more

I went in on Saturday and purchased the $29.99 manager's special with armor all. I paid a $6 tip without checking out my car first. I should have known based on my previous experience, but I thought this time would be different. The floors were not vacuum. Had leaves and particles in the back on the carpet. The armor all was spotty on the dashboard. The console was not wiped down and had pollen on it still. The sunroof had streaks and was not wiped. The were smudges on my window. It was a terrible job and was done in 15 minutes. I will never ever visit Auto Bell again at least not this location in Adams Farm. Poor work and I am very disappointed. I could have done just as well running through laser wash myself, hand vacuuming the interior and wiping the car with armor all. I thought it would be better having it done professionally. Guess I was wrong. Wish I could get a refund or do over. Never again read more
