After owning it for 3 months and having less that 10000km on it I noticed that my paint was flaking off all along the bottom on both sides. I brought it in immediately thinking the dealership would contact GM and make it right. After getting run around for 6 months she told me to contact GM myself. I did that and GM said they would look into it. When they finally got back to me they specifically told me that she had told them and her service manager not to repair it because it was environmental damage. I had only owned the truck for 3 months and there was 8000 in paint damage. The paint was so cheap that winter road sand had made it look like a scouring pad was run up and down the sides. The service department rep Kassandra had never actually looked at the damage before she blamed me. I've looked at all the other vehicles that drive into the same work site as me and none of them had this issue. I guess my business will go back to Cambrian Ford for my next purchases. Take my advice, go to Cambrian Ford instead their service department will actually help you not sandbag you out of $8000. Thanks Crosstown, guess after my warranties are done you will never see me again.

I purchased a used Toyota and at no time was I pressured to choose a Honda. - The salesperson I dealt with, Kyle Sheridan, was remarkably personable and accommodating throughout the entire experience, and kept in touch after I'd made my purchase. I have never experienced such attentive and personalized customer service. - Each time I've brought my car in for service (tire change, oil change, etc.), I have been very pleased by the prompt manner in which I have been served. Great shuttle service, too! - The waiting area is very comfy, with access to drinks, snacks, wifi, and computers. - Events for new car owners are held annually. - A referral program is in place - can't remember the exact amount. Cons: - I think the only thing I don't like about Palladino Honda is its location, mostly because The Kingsway is evil. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I must admit that anxiety was running high; however, I have yet to feel 'buyer's remorse'. Somehow they got Return to Prime to add negative equity to a vehicle that Return to Prime told me was paid off. The car they used was traded for the car I was driving for a MONTH before this lie!! They sold me the wrong car and wanted it back! I am honest and agreed to give it back end not hold a grudge to find out I was tricked. I was rushed into signing. I was only shown where to sign. I was lead to believe that Guy Robineau understood the stress I had been going through with them original death trap ( 12 issues with it) they forced me to drive and keep, effecting my mental Illnesses. Palladino knew they were making me sick! I told them repeatedly! They caused a mental breakdown and still are lying! They have 4 of my vehicles and I have zero due to not agreeing to lie!! I need a car. I cannot walk very far. Their shady deal has disabled the already disabled! This is fact and a public warning! I have so much more but this will do....for now.
