They are friendly, although appointments leave something to be desired, you are better off just walking in and finding out how busy they are and leave your car if they aren't too busy so that they can clean it for you while you kill some time at the many stores just across the street in the mall. I had also used them to get some scratches off an old car that we sold last year and they did a very good job on that car. I would recommend them and will most likely keep going back.

I got out to ask where I was suppose to park my van. They were too busy helping put a tonneau cover on a truck and giving free service to a woman getting two doors fixed. They did the job and I paid. As I'm strapping my 8 month old back the lady says "what's this guy doing" and then with attitude they said to me, "are ya gonna leave, we're waiting for you". To which I said "yes in 1 second" to which the worker said "okay, 1". I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are lucky like the woman getting free service, she was told not to tell anyone because then they will all want it.
