Phenomenal Experience!!! If you are a BMW owner, go here!!! I was an out of state buyer (my first time) I sent my car to them for a PPI, they fit me in on short notice, had great communication, and tested my vehicle with the whole 9 yards. They uncovered minor body damage which was undisclosed to me by the dealership. Mechanically the car was great but with those dents and chips uncovered I was able to get them pulled out and buffed up by the dealership at no cost and another $750 of the asking price they paid for their PPI and then some with the money I saved using them. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team enough, very professional and honest throughout the buying process and after, on recommendations for what to look for and how to protect the car when it arrived in my state. They gave me a ton of confidence buying the car without even seeing it in person and gave me a ton of leverage in my deal. Great place to work with I only wish I lived there so I could take my car in as a repeat customer! read more

The absolute worst experience. An untrustworthy business. Strongly recommend nearby competitors. Do NOT make the mistake I made. Brought a brand new Lamborghini there for paint protection and tints. The owner Tom and employee Matt told me to bring it in on Friday as they would start work immediately with a promise turnaround time of Thursday or Friday the next week. I called them for an update on Wednesday and, after some fumbling around, I was told they hadn't started on the car. I told them to cancel the job and went to pick up the car. Tom didn't even have the decency to address my frustration; he only came to the front after I summoned him. While admitting their incompetence and unprofessionalism, he gave the most insincere apology a man can give. I do not know what they did with my car in their possession for 6 days but I did not like the way the car sounded when I drove it home. Bringing to dealership ASAP for full investigation and analysis. This is the first review I have given in my lifetime so this experience has clearly angered me to drive me to do this. Again, there are several competitors in the immediate area of this joke, illegitimate business so please act prudently and intelligently before getting scammed by Autocouture. AWESOME PLACE!!! Highly Recommend! My brother referred me to this place b/c I was just tired of dealing with the BMW dealerships and their outrageous prices. After getting a quote from the dealership of about $5800 and change to "fix" my car, which consisted of steering issues, flushes, brakes and some other stuff I forgot; my brother recommended me to this spot. First time meeting Jeff, the owner, who was super welcoming and knowledgeable about BMWs, I felt comfortable. Shop is organized, clean and luxurious. :) My heart was melting b/c of all the cars & paraphernalia I saw. Felt like HIN all over again..LOL *Reminisces* He and his team really enjoy what they do. And that is amazing to see when you come across it. Jeff is like the BMW GURU! LOL He's very professional, personable, knowledgeable and has a vast number of years experience. He was explaining to me what was going on with my car, which was NOTHING! It was in excellent condition (328xi.. I know.. no M lines but I will soon get one! LOL) His prices are very reasonable compared to the dealerships. Scheduled today a full flushing of my car and replacement of a steering buckle! His years of experience is valuable. I would definitely recommend to bring your BMW here, should you have any issues, need routine checkups or easy services, or even need customization done (which I'm thinking of and working a plan on ..lol)..COME HERE! Also, their waiting area is cool. As I sit here on a comfy couch, listening to music, wishing I was at the gym, they've got game consoles and magazines in the waiting area!! I took my BMW f30 335i here. Got the akrapovich catback exhaust and kw street comfort coilovers installed here. Also got my rear brake pads switched out here. I booked about a week in advance and got a quote online for the work. They charged a fair price for the job and they did a good job with my car. I also noticed many BMW M cars and a Ferrari outside and could tell this was a place for BMW and German car enthusiasts. I plan to come back to install other mods for my car read more

I don't like to give negative reviews. I brought my car in for some routine work (alignment, brake flush). Took two days when it was supposed to take a few hours. Fine, stuff happens. I get home and realize the flush was never done, but I was charged for it. Call em up, they offer a refund and to do the work they didn't do. Great. I go the next week and they did the flush (which also took quite a while), but the pedal goes to the floor and my brake warning light is on. Then the guy says "Sorry" and sends me on my way. Ultimately l think the management staff is too busy for their own good to properly take care of a customer and the techs are inexperienced and lack problem solving skills. Here's to another weekend fixing what they did wrong. read more

Unfortunately the bad reviews are true. It seems to be a pattern get a referral, spend 6-8k on your car here and then pay someone else to fix it. I personally spent 8k and got Popeyes customer service . Also had to pay someone else to fix it. I'm only disappointed because I defend them prior to this and would be the last person to write a bad review. read more

Without a doubt, one of the best car shops I've been to (In addition to AIM Performance which specializes in Porsche). I'm usually very paranoid and hesitant of taking my car to new shops for three reasons 1) I'm worried they're going abuse my nice/fast car, and 2) that they'll take advantage of me on their pricing or 3) that they wont really know what they're doing and thus give me bad guidance or sell me things I don't actually need. I can say with confidence that these guys are fantastic, humble, and great to work with. They know their stuff, they really take care of you, and their prices aren't ridiculous. (especially considering their expertise.) It takes me a while to drive here, but I know it's worth it because they will always go the extra mile for you. The guys here are all around great. I had a easy and cool time booking the work and the guys really work with you when it comes to whatever it is you need. Very professional experience and superb work. I needed some special balancing done for my tire and wheel set up and they did a perfect job, a year on the ride is just as good as it was the day it was done. Jeff is awesome! My 328i e90 had a transmission reverse issue, all the forward gears worked but the car wouldn't go in reverse and would get stuck. I called up Autocouture to really do a root cause and also because I wasn't interested in a $7000.00 transmission swap, quoted by the dealer. No thanks! Anyways, Jeff and I talked briefly and pin pointed it to a less common issue that's been happening in this type of transmission where a valve selector guide in the mechatronics unit actually breaks. He got the replacement part ahead of time before I even brought the car in. That speaks volumes of a place where they appreciate customer response who actually have a bit of knowledge of their vehicles. Jeff fixed it flawlessly and he also recommended me to do a bunch of other work which I authorized including radiator switch and control arm bushings. My impression of this place is that their attention to detail is very good and do well care for the cars. I have not done any body/engine modification work here so my review won't help you there but if your BMW experienced a heavy malfunction that could be possibly related to the engine or drive train, try these guys first. They're honest. I specifically recommend Jeff, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to BMW's. read more
