They will keep your money and take you through loops and zig zags to get it back. Even with full proof that the money was never returned. If you can spare to hold with cash and return with cash that'll be your best bet. If I didn't call back to ask for my hold fee. They would've never given it back. They have screened my calls and given me the runaround for days now. If the bank is telling you that the transaction never satisfied the account then why are you still saying you refunded my account when it's not there. Second the customer service is horrible. On my pick up day. Leonard, Hamze and their boss are horrible. Gave me a half ass detail on the car they sold to me. I mean what can you expect from shitty ppl. I could potentially be a future customer again or even spread word about this dealership if they actually have good customer service. After seeing how there boss doesn't say anything or make his place of business pleasant it trickles down to the office. We We're sitting in his office doing paperwork and he doesn't say two words to me. He then walks out of the office and doesn't say anything. Then Hamze walks in and tries to pressure me into doing a document that I clearly said I would do without him doing so, because if you guys wanted to do it then you would have charged me to do the same thing. I came to get the car and hand you the check. That's it! Got a whole check but can't refund me my holding Fee. I Repeat Stay away from Triad Imports! Your claims not adding up Triad Imports. Fix it!

Being in the market looking for a different car I was checking all of the sources that I could…read morefind, new dealerships, used dealers, auto mags, classifieds, online listings, and yes, even Craigslist. Way into my search after looking at a few car I saw an online listing for a Mazda3s for sale in Black along with a few pictures.. The listing did not say much, but it had a phone number, and said to call for more information. I called the number and reached a Mr. Ben Miller. We talked for a while briefly over the phone, and he told me whatever I asked about the car. Now this is where the excellent service part comes into place. I told him about my schedule over the next few days, and he said that if he had the car he would meet me early Sunday morning if I wanted to take a look at the car. We all know that car places are closed on Sunday., so that was great. But since it was a nice car, and I wanted to take a look at it before somebody bought it, I made a crazy suggestion, that if he wanted I could take a look at it after school, and I finished with other stuff, and 10 PM. What do you know, agreed. I was kinda shocked to that part. I drove from Raleigh to Greensboro late at night and he met me at his office late at night. He was just one of the nicest car sales person you could ever meet. So we test drove the vehicle, and it handled well, was clean on the inside, and appeared to have been painted on the outside. We went inside and talked numbers, then I agreed to purchase the vehicle. While he was filling out all of the paperwork he told me about some of the things that he did. One thing he can do is buy cars and sell them to you. Not exactly a broker, but similar from my understanding. This is how it works from what I can remember: 1) You specify the exact car you want, make, model, color, options, etc., and he finds it for you. 2) He goes to the dealer and buys it way cheaper than a normal person can. Way below invoice, and what the dealer is actually paying the car manufacturer for it. 3) Then he sales/leases you the car, are a low price. 4) You drive away happy and become a loyal customer for the future. All in all I would recommend buying a car from Miller Auto Sales in the future, and I think it is even worth the drive from Raleigh to Greensboro, or whatever part of town you are from to get a car from him. After all, who doesn't want to save a ton of money.

I won't go into all the details, but I will say that Mr. Miller began subtly insulting me from the…read moretime I arrived to look at one of his cars. I think that's his strategy-- he takes a condescending tone with his customers in the hopes of pressuring them into a sale. If you decide to buy something, go in with confidence and don't let him play any games with you. Personally, I decided that it wasn't worth buying a car from someone who couldn't show me respect.
