    I am sad to update I am finding things wrong with my Escalade not even 2 weeks out :( crack in windshield, just found out it's BURNING OIL

She is VERY aware of the issues and is taking steps to ensure these types of customer experiences no longer happen. Updating this review from 1 star to 3 stars. Making an appointment does you absolutely no good at all. I live 40 minutes away so I have no other choice than to wait for my vehicle. The last two times it has taken in excess of 3 hours to get in and out for routine service that is required by my warranty even though I had an appointment. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional while also maintaining a complete and constant state of confusion. On two occasions, they have tried to charge me for oil changes and filters that are covered by the Platinum TOYOGUARD warranty that I paid for when I bought my vehicle. ALWAYS check your bill as this tactic seems to be routine. I have 2 recalls on my vehicle that have no remedy available. This has been the case for months. Also expect to get a text message with an offer to buy your vehicle once you check in. I'm not there to sell, I'm there for SERVICE. The staff is equipped with a lot of technology that they are either unable or don't know how to use. Loads of efficiency can be achieved with technology if it is used and applied correctly. Rice seems to throw technology at the wall to see what sticks at the expense of customer service quality. Before leaving this review I contacted Mary Rice directly via email. She initially responded with concern and asked that I call her. I did and received a text message back with a canned response that security footage had been reviewed and the service team had been briefed on how they can improve. So they received a stern talking to with no repercussions for their unprofessional behavior. I don't leave negative reviews without first giving company management a chance to rectify the problems. Clearly, they don't care either. I bought my first Toyota from Rice Toyota in 1977 and I bought my last one in 2023.

They will keep your money and take you through loops and zig zags to get it back. Even with full proof that the money was never returned. If you can spare to hold with cash and return with cash that'll be your best bet. If I didn't call back to ask for my hold fee. They would've never given it back. They have screened my calls and given me the runaround for days now. If the bank is telling you that the transaction never satisfied the account then why are you still saying you refunded my account when it's not there. Second the customer service is horrible. On my pick up day. Leonard, Hamze and their boss are horrible. Gave me a half ass detail on the car they sold to me. I mean what can you expect from shitty ppl. I could potentially be a future customer again or even spread word about this dealership if they actually have good customer service. After seeing how there boss doesn't say anything or make his place of business pleasant it trickles down to the office. We We're sitting in his office doing paperwork and he doesn't say two words to me. He then walks out of the office and doesn't say anything. Then Hamze walks in and tries to pressure me into doing a document that I clearly said I would do without him doing so, because if you guys wanted to do it then you would have charged me to do the same thing. I came to get the car and hand you the check. That's it! Got a whole check but can't refund me my holding Fee. I Repeat Stay away from Triad Imports! Your claims not adding up Triad Imports. Fix it!

I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.
