I had my vehicle broken into last weekend, after the police had fingerprinted I called Auto Glass, as I was keen to have the quarter light re-fitted. I went through to a National call centre, a local representative will call you shortly. After waiting until early evening, I called again, 'we will call you back shortly' was the reply. Another hour went by, I called again. A stroppy 'supervisor' answered saying that the local branch was closed on Sunday, this information should have been given on my first call (the website advertises 365 - 24/7 service) I was left with an un-secure vehicle. They had me waiting around all afternoon and evening, and didn't bother to call me once. Do not trust or use as promises are simply not kept! Beware. read more
