Here is the work Andrew and crew did.

These guys are Great. Best in service , customer relations excellent. They striped my Mustang GT. Outstanding and it was ready to be picked up when Andrew said and no delay. Their crew was outstanding as well. I will be back.

    Part 2 of 2

(1 of 2 parts) Worst experience I've ever had in the state of Nebraska! I went in and scheduled an appointment and was informed they could take care of it on a Saturday no problem, as I was currently working out of state and back only during the weekends. I called back the following Friday to confirm my appointment was ready for Saturday, but was told that due to the holiday, (Labor day) that shipment got delayed. Not a problem, we agreed to just move it to the next Saturday. So I called again on Thursday and again on Friday make sure we were good to go. Left a message both times, yet no return calls. So got up Saturday morning and called again, still only getting voicemail. So I drive up to the location to find out what was going on a I didn't want to miss my appointment. Upon arrival, I was told by a different employee the part for my truck was never ordered and it would take 2-4 weeks due to back orders. He also stated that he doesn't know why I was there on a Saturday as they don't do that kind of work on Saturdays because the technicians that do, are usually off on Saturdays? I also mentioned that I called the employee that set this up, but he returned none of my phone calls eventhou I left voicemail. He found that my phone number was entered wrong in the computer. He put the correct number in and he did go through to the back of the building and noted that he found another part in stock that would work, and scheduled me for the following Saturday assuringme that he would hand someone there to get it done. He said he would get it all set up and that i would need to be there by 9am because it would take most of the day. I showed up and the 1st guy I dealt with the previous 2 weeks was working. He looked surprised when I told him i was there for my appointment and told me no one was scheduled to do the work today and that he knew nothing about the appointment. I asked him to call the other guy that worked the previous Saturday to find out what was going on? He said he still wouldn't be able to get anyone to do the work. And that yes they normally don't do work on Saturday, but "he was doing me a favor". I replied, I didn't ask for a favor, I asked if you could do it on a Saturday and you said yes! Then he proceeded to tell me how it was going to cost him money because he would have to pay a technician overtime to do the work on that day. I said I understand that, but you could have told me you only did the work Monday thru Friday. And besides that, why didn't you just call me back instead of me having to come up here every weekend only to be given excuses. He claimed he called me back, and I said no sir you didn't, you have never called me back as I left several voicemails. And you must have the wrong number because it was wrong in the computer last Saturday. He then proceeded to read me back my phone number from his cell phone. (Still wondering... if you had my correct number in your cell, why didn't you call me back for the last 2 weeks?) I told him that the lack of communication within his company bothers me and that maybe I should take my business else where now that I've made another wasted trip to get this done. He assured me it would get done, and I stated that I couldn't be here the following Saturday as I already had plans so it would be another 2 weeks. He said that was fine as he would wanted to be the one there when it was done to make sure it would be serviced by his best tech who was faster than the other 2. So we scheduled it for Sat. October 9th. I stated, and you still have the part in stock? He confirmed that it would be the one with the dual motors that was in stock already. (I remembered this because he also brought up that this past was more expensive than the one that was suppose to be ordered originally. (Now I'm thinking, if you knew nothing about the appointment, how did you know that we switched to the dual motors from the single motors if no one told you?) So we left it at that, and he said to call the week of to confirm everything was good. Wednesday October 6th, called his cell, left message in the morning. No call returned, called again after 3pm. Got voicemail, called the office, a lady transferred me up front, it ramble 3 times went to voicemail. Called back 2 times, got sent to front desk and immediately to voicemail again. (Finally I get a text message from him stating, he had a tech scheduled and that I never called to confirm) What? So I called back, he answered this time. I inquired what was he talking about on his text and why he couldn't again, just pick up the phone and call me back after I left a message this morning? He said he had been too busy all day to call as he was with customer until now. I said we agreed for October 9th on Saturday. He argued stating that my appointment was this past Saturday and that I didn't show up. I said it was supposed to be this coming Saturday, and that I was suppose to call to confirm which is what I'm doing now. (See part 2)

They took good care of the car and the pricing was awesome. While I was there I had them fix a chip in the windshield as well. This was super expensive at $65 when most places charge $20. I went ahead with this since the window was so much cheaper and I had already put off getting the chip fixed for so long.

I've emailed corporate and called multiple times…read more On 4/18 I dropped off my car for a windshield replacement and I was informed that the installation and calibration would take approximately three hours, which aligned with the actual wait time. However, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. Upon picking up my vehicle after payment, I was disappointed to find several issues. Inside the car, the seat had been moved back, causing me to fall upon entry. The dashboard was covered in dirt and particles, presumably from the installation process. Additionally, there was an odd gap on the left side of the dash (the LEFT SIDE. Not the front seal). Externally, I observed multiple deep scratches and nicks in the paint around the windshield that were not present before the service. There was also a significant gap around the windshield, suggesting an improper fit (I had it checked out by another shop, it's confirmed to be crooked), along with gaps where the sealing should be attached, but isn't. Upon giving my interior observations to the windshield tech and your front desk staff, they both agreed that my dash just "looks like that" and did not attempt to give any customer service. The tech and the front desk staff walked back inside after telling me that "It's just how it looked". I told them "whatever" and got into my car. I called today 4/23 and The front desk woman has falsely stated that I "pushed away from them" and proceeded to allude that I'm lying about the damages and hung up on me when I called. She would not let me get any words in and kept telling me that the front seal "looks like that" and would not let me voice any of my concerns or take me seriously. I did not have a chance to discuss my exterior observations before being walked away from and when I did on the phone she kept focusing on the front seal and hung up on me. Do better.
