Quick replacement of my side door window. I called ahead and they ordered the glass, then the day of, it took about an hour for them to put it in. They took good care of the car and the pricing was awesome. While I was there I had them fix a chip in the windshield as well. This was super expensive at $65 when most places charge $20. I would give 0 stars if I could. I've emailed corporate and called multiple times. On 4/18 I dropped off my car for a windshield replacement and I was informed that the installation and calibration would take approximately three hours, which aligned with the actual wait time. However, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. Upon picking up my vehicle after payment, I was disappointed to find several issues. Inside the car, the seat had been moved back, causing me to fall upon entry. The dashboard was covered in dirt and particles, presumably from the installation process. Additionally, there was an odd gap on the left side of the dash (the LEFT SIDE. Not the front seal). Externally, I observed multiple deep scratches and nicks in the paint around the windshield that were not present before the service. There was also a significant gap around the windshield, suggesting an improper fit (I had it checked out by another shop, it's confirmed to be crooked), along with gaps where the sealing should be attached, but isn't. Upon giving my interior observations to the windshield tech and your front desk staff, they both agreed that my dash just "looks like that" and did not attempt to give any customer service. The tech and the front desk staff walked back inside after telling me that "It's just how it looked". I told them "whatever" and got into my car. I called today 4/23 and The front desk woman has falsely stated that I "pushed away from them" and proceeded to allude that I'm lying about the damages and hung up on me when I called. She would not let me get any words in and kept telling me that the front seal "looks like that" and would not let me voice any of my concerns or take me seriously. I did not have a chance to discuss my exterior observations before being walked away from and when I did on the phone she kept focusing on the front seal and hung up on me. Do better. read more

Good business! But count on quotes being alittle less than what you will actually pay $$ Mo appointment so honestly they get to whoever's window they have on hand. Also if there original window shop is out they will up charge you for having to go to another supplier. Guys that work in cars the most friendly will try there best to get your window right. Poor communication from beginning. Don't tell you what kind of window you are getting compared to what you have. End up without upper window tint. Unfriendly people at desk. Poor workmanship and left mess on and in car on install. After installed improperly try to tell me I can apply for the warranty to get it fixed. Will not use again. read more

Dropped my car off, called later and was told my car was ready for pick up... asked work to leave real quick to pick up vehicle.... showed up and its missing the windshield... tech has my back hatch open on a windy day... why I don't know why since I'm getting a front windshield replaced.... I came in to the office and asked why my hatch is open... and the lady says no particular reason..... meanwhile my windshield is out and the tech goes to another vehicle and starts working.... when I asked about that the reply is "he is multi tasking"...... funny thing is this morning when i dropped it off i was told first come first serve....... horrible Customer service.... read more

Please research other options before coming to this place! I did not listen to the other reviews and now I regret it. My passenger window was shattered right before Christmas and I needed to get it replaced. I was skeptical seeing so many negative reviews but they were the only place that would service me on Christmas Eve. After picking up my car, I tested my window and it rolls back down automatically when I roll it up. I notified the front desk about this and was told to bring it back in that weekend. When I came to pick it up the second time, I was told the window they put in was "bent" and they would have to order a new one to replace it(you would think a "professional" would realize this the first time). I'm a little annoyed but whatever I guess it happens, at least they're replacing it for free. After bringing my car in for a third time, I am now being told that the window actually isn't bent, that there is something wrong with the motor, and I would have to take my car to the dealership. I'm super sketched out at this point, and I ask to talk to the technician and he refuses to stop working to speak with me. Very unprofessional and confirmed my suspicion that I was being lied straight to my face. I went to the dealership to explain the situation and they also confirmed that I was being fed a load of crap and that the technician had broken something. I tried calling back Auto Glass and was on hold for over half an hour before I gave up. This place deserves to go out of business, and the incompetent technicians need to find a new career. I had my cracked windshield replaced by them this past Tuesday. Before I booked, I asked them if they could calibrate my sensors (I have a Subaru so it uses eyesight) and they said yes. When I picked my car up later that day, the seal around my windshield didn't meet in the corners and looked sloppy as well as finding out from a tech that they actually can't calibrate dual sensors (I said my Subaru has eyesight and that always includes two front sensors) and once I looked at my windshield further, they had left behind a strip of foam on the inside of my windshield. I don't know what that's for or what it means because each time I call the shop to speak with someone about my warranty, the manager is always out of the office or the receptionist just doesn't know where they went off to. I had my windshield replaced three years ago. The pillars on the side of my windshield has fallen off six times while I'm driving. They are just gluing the top piece on and not replacing it correctly. I took it to a Ford dealership and they said that they aren't doing it correctly. It will be $900 to fix it properly, and that they're only gluing on the top piece. They're not replacing the whole thing like you have to when you change out a windshield. This is not like it came off one time and they "fixed" it these have flown off six times while I'm driving and I want them to have, the Ford dealership fix these properly and I want them to pay for this service because they aren't doing the job. I paid them to do so I've tried to call corporate for auto glass now and they ignore me. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they are working with me to try to get this fixed. After you have your windshield fixed, these pillars should never come off. They have came off six times since having my windshield replaced by auto glass now they are doing a half assed job. I want them fixed. My truck is missing the pillars because they're not putting them on correctly I want, the job done correctly and I want auto glass now to pay to have them done correctly. I have let them do the repair five times and they keep on flying off because they're not doing them properly. They're just gluing on the top piece and hoping they don't fly off, I have sent them the bill to fix the problem and they just keep on ignoring me. I would not recommend this business. I would pay a little extra and have somebody fix it correctly so you don't have to go through all this hassle to have your windshield replaced correctly, I would give them zero stars. Window shattered while traveling cross country. They were able to repair quickly, but did not bother to clean broken glass out of track. We heard it grinding, and there are now scratches on the new passenger front window. The auto dealer had to clean it out when we arrived at our destination. read more

The girl that I talked to on the phone was great and professional. She remembered me when I came in. It did take a long time but she did a really good job explaining where they get the glass and why it was taking so long for them to get it there. She even took some money off my bill because of the wait. One of the employees even let me borrow a phone charger. Would definitely go back. read more

Work was fine, waiting room was not. The price was the cheapest I found in town by about $100, and so far it seems good. Had the entire windshield replaced. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid in store. Was given the warning to call back if there's any air or water leakage, so that's a bit unsettling. However, the "waiting room" is disgusting. I don't require much, especially at car repair places. But this place has it all. Overflowing trash can at 9am, floor hadn't been swept in days, at least, paper towel roll was soaking wet, half drank soda bottles on the floor, no bathrooms, etc. On the plus side, the flies kept my kid entertained... The staff came in and out and had somewhat unprofessional conversations as if there were no customers present. I asked over the phone about booking a mobile job, and was told they didn't do that right now. However, a guy left to do a mobile job while I was there, after several loud discussions about it. So, in conclusion, if you want your windshield replaced for cheap, this is your place. If you care at all about spending 1.5 hours in a somewhat decent place, don't plan on waiting here. read more

Had the best experience with the people at this company today, and it wasn't as a customer. Found myself stranded in their parking lot with a broke down vehicle and didn't know what to do. They went above and beyond to help me. The Regional Manager, Frank McDermott, and several employees came out to offer help. Amanda called a shop nearby for me, and got me the name of a towing company. Another very. Nice woman offered help too.They decided they were going to tow me over instead. Luckily, my vehicle started and ran long enough to get to the shop. Frank followed me though to make sure i got there ok. So truly grateful for their help. Awesome group of people there! read more

So disappointed. Evidently the Lifetime Warranty doesn't apply. I had my windshield replaced on Friday and discovered a crack low on the passenger side Monday. I was told if it was a stress crack, they'd replace it. I was back before noon Monday. I was told when I got there that there had been a point of impact because the crack went out in two different directions. The so called "point of impact" was under the windshield wiper! I hadn't been hit with anything. When I contacted another windshield company, they said that a stress crack can act like any other crack. I feel cheated and will make it a point to let everyone know the hand that I was dealt. read more

Superior service. My car was broken into and vandalized. Auto Glass Now scheduled me within hours of my call. Much less expensive than other places. Very professional and kind manager and staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty by vacuuming my entire car to get rid of broken glass (which I had arrived with due to above crime). I would never have asked them to do that -- they did it spontaneously. They replaced my window and told me it's warranted for lifetime of my car. I could not be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Replaced my windshield within the quoted time frame and did a fantastic job. Staff was friendly and price was very reasonable. Have a lot of disclaimers / noticed posted which are only seen if you're waiting for work to be completed so it would be nicer if something was presented more professionally rather than a plastic sleeve taped to the counter wall. They do have coffee available but I would have easily used a vending machine during my hour visit. (Not a coffee drinker). Perhaps adding the OWH or a few magazines would give customers something to occupy wait time? (Maybe others drop off and pick up later?) Hours are reasonable and location is easy to get to and jump back onto the interstate. They do have a mobile service which would have been nice to try. My schedule didn't allow. read more

Had a big rock hit my windshield on the highway and was dreading the hassle and cost of a windshield replacement.
