******BUYER BEWARE!! ****** Read all paper work and fees in your documents! CRIS (sales guy) tried to charge all this hidden fees that we found in a paper they tried not to attach to the documents that needed to be signed. Make sure you read and sign each page by page number! Page number 1 was missing with all the rate details (a higher rate than discussed) Chris gave me the documents starting at page two. I thought that was a mistake until so many other things happen, claiming there was a second vehicle to the car and after signing said they could not locate it, saying that the title transfer would cost less than it did. It is suggested to handle the change of title and plate through the DMV yourself as they charge double to do it in-house. I paid $431.65 to get my new tags, license and registration. We got tired of constantly arguing with them (Chris and Owner) about every thing from this transaction so we paid it and are moving on. I do not recommend going to this place! If you do PLEASE read all documents in great lengths. These people are crooks and sharks, they do not own up to their mistakes and their lies even when they are caught in the middle of it. Sales guy was nice and patient until we signed on the dotted line and the deal was done. As we drove off the lot middle mirror fell off. Went right back and someone put it back on but seemed to be well aware that the mirror frame was broken. Since we discovered it after the sale was completed there is nothing he could do (granted the ink on that credit card receipt wasn't dry yet). Thought was not a big deal until I checked at a service place how much it would be; $275!!! Found a few other things that were clearly not included in certified inspection by the dealer like small hole in the windshield, an oil leak and an open recall on the airbags. Went back to Autoline and was told they will fix the mirror. The other things I understand can happen when you buy a used car. Went to pick up the plates and now they can't fix the mirror since according to Florida State law they would agree to a lifetime warranty of the car. Asked if they would pay for the part and we're told that the owner who was unavailable would need to give his blessing but they for sure would give us a call. Phone has yet to ring. When signing the deal we were also told that registration was already included when I asked how much it was. The answer i got was we call you when its ready and you just come and pick it up. Well, it turned out to be $421, granted the registration was $220 and but some magical fee was added. Hope they put that in a piggy bank since with this kind of service they will need it soon. Word travels fast! Reading some other Google reviews it seems that their philosophy is to sell cars not service. Not having a feedback or comment section on their company website should have been an indication on how they value their customers. Sorry; I am now done ranting! read more

Look towards the end of this review, 10 months after my latest addition, I continue to regret this purchase and that has nothing to do with the vehicle I purchased. Agreed to a purchase price for a 2011 BMW 335D from another associated dealer. They sent me to get financing from Autoline. Once I arrived, not only did they purchase the vehicle from the other dealership at my agreed price but they decided to sell me the vehicle at a higher price without notification and embedded a multitude of charges within the financing. Finally, once the papers were signed and the financing was all set, I received a phone call expressing I had to return to redo all the financing as the financing fell through. I live 60 or so miles North of this location and was reluctant to return. They threaten me with repossession if I did not show up that way. Eventually, I returned and after a significant wait, I signed more paperwork for a different finance company with additional fees and a larger vehicle purchase price. Without having any other choices and the personal situation I was currently in (divorce) I signed the paperwork and walked out of there with my car. This happened in July of 2017, and still to today, I'm dealing with the incompetence of this company. Just recently I was pulled over and asked why my tag was not associated with my vehicle, I had no answers. Once they checked my registration and the VIN of the vehicle and realized this car does belong to me they expressed to me driving this car as I was without the correct tag was a criminal offense. I contacted the DMV and the tag associated with my vehicle was still in Autoline's possession and they are withholding it until pay another sum of $202. They were supposed to transfer my current tag but they never did.10 months or so driving this car illegally. Instead, they acquired another tag without my knowledge and want me to pay for it. As shady as these folks are, I would not be surprised if they used my tag illegally. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It's Jan 30th, 2019 and I found out they have a registration hold on my tag once again. They have not cleared the amount with the DMV. read more

I asked for my money back and refused to refund the $500. Was interested in a 2011 BMW 335i xDrive. The man I spoke to said it was perfect, all the while having 132,000 miles. It was obviously worn in some spots and had many visible defects on the pics. Why would you people be so dumb as to lie about what's in plain sight? They also were very uninterested in having a PPI done. From what I picked up from this and online reviews, I decided to save myself the money for PPI and whatever large amounts of repairs this car likely needed. read more

unfortunately there is no "0" stars option. I am currently in the middle of pursuing this company in small claims court to get our down payment back. I woke up this morning and the car i purchased ( way over priced and had NO mechanical services done to it at all ) was gone. Apparently this is called the " Spot Delivery Scam " which means they do NOT submit your bank paperwork to their shady banks and blame YOU and they take the car AND down payment and expect to get away with it. I repeatedly kept in touch with the banks and they advised me there is no reason to head to the dealership and that they would be the middle man between us...but the dealership decided to play dumb which is apart of their craft and the bank was forced to decline us due to lack of paperwork on the dealerships end...the dealers said we did NOT give them our paperwork YET I printed out the paperwork using THEIR computers and printers. I called the local police and when they arrived they mentioned it was their SECOND time there in 2 HOURS and not only that.. the police officer had been there about 10 times in 2 weeks! for the same issue. Local police were very friendly and stood by my side 100% but unfortunately could not take actions into their own hands. Local enforcement proceeded to warn me about this company and how they make their living off of people in tough situations. I will also be reporting this to Channel 10 news to have them put on south florida news casts to prevent them from ever taking advantage of people who are going through financial hard ships. read more

Me and my boyfriend came in to buy a BMW 335xi it was advertised on Craigslist listed for 9,500 , they were really nice at first and patient but on the ad they said 1500 down " bad credit no credit good credit " & when we went they said and changed it to 3500 and changed the car price 12,000 and some change. Me being the first car owner that I am, I was more so excited to get my first car that I didn't know exactly how crooked these deals can be so they toke advantage of that so I gave them the 3500 down and they made me sign the contracts BEWARE!!!!! READDDD!!!!!!! PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT!!!! I started signing and when I started to read before signing the guy Mauricio (however you spell his name) was rushing me telling me that I don't have to read it " it's just regular car stuff paper stuff everything that we were taking about " HIS WORDS EXACTLY. He was downplaying every page I tried to read because I didn't understand and this was my first time. I signed my life away with him afterwards he said I owe 7000 and some change to pay the car off and long story short went home, called the bank and they said we owe 11,000 off rip just to get the loan the APR was 25% and the interest rate is basically $4,000 a year and after 4 years it would be double of what I paid the car for $22,000. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! SCAMMERS. PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY SOMETHING THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY PUT SO MUCH HIDDEN FEES IN THE CONTRACT AND THEY MADE ME PAY FOR SOMETHING IN THE CONTRACT AND A FEW PAGES LATER CANCEL IT JUST SO THEY EAT THAT MONEY.
