I went to a couple other body shops just to be sure and then had Chuck have a look. After a careful examination, Chuck assured me that he if given the opportunity, would be able to make the necessary repairs to make my car look right. To my relief, his estimate was not only fair but the lowest of the three shops I had taken my car for estimates. When I went to pick my Jaguar up, I was surprised on just how good my car looked! Being far away, I called them when the insurance company suggested having them do the estimate. Not only did they make me feel better about seeing the car, they worked with our insurance company, gave us an estimate, connected her to Enterprise and we were able to leave the car throughout Thanksgiving break. Two weeks and the work was done. They kept us in the loop the entire way, were very accommodating to speak to me, not only her, and with thorough and complete in fixing the damage.
