The first time my fuel line ruptured and they towed my car to my shop with no issues. The second time was tonight. I was playing DD(Designated Driver) for my client, he locked his keys in his car at the gas pump. I left him in the car and went in to pay (couldn't at pump) I turned around and he was standing by me with a Gatorade... The keys were in the ignition and the doors were locked. *facepalm* Thank you super hero Buteras and thank you rockstar AAA!

I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare. It looks like the original window and if you didn't know it was a replacement, you could never tell. All around very happy with the service and obvious care Presque Isle Auto has for the customer. Although I hope to not need it, I will definitely be back.
