I would like to give 0 stars. Want to start saying this…read moreplace is basically the "only" place in Lancaster that work the AC my car needs. Carlos did a diagnostic, and said was the evaporator. (Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

I will gladly be the first to review. Driver had a pickup in Emigsville this morning. Because I've…read morebeen married to said driver for almost twenty years I immediately noticed something was wrong by the tone of his voice. He told me that after checking in to the shipper, he heard air coming from the under the trailer. After moving the trailer he found a nail in one of the tires. We have an EXCELLENT tire shop here in Central Jersey but were not about to chance rolling down the highway at 70K with a faulty tire. You're welcome. I sprung into action (history is written by the victors amirite) and found a few commercial tire shops nearby. This location was only a mile up the road so I called. The rep I spoke with was friendly and told us to come on in. In less than 90 minutes we were patched up and back on the road. Also, there were no needless upsells and the pricing was outstanding. Half of trucking is knowing who to call when calamity strikes. I'm thankful this shop was nearby and does good work! Btw after getting repaired we got stopped at two weigh stations and sailed through and we just checked into the receiver 200 miles away, safe and sound.
