Wanted to start the process for hip repair or replacement. Nurse Halley was very nice and considerate taking my info. She attempted to make an appointment and said there seems to be a problem and transferred me to Garrett an account specialist. He informed me I have been deleted as a patient because it has been over 3 years since I have seen Dr.Michael Bryan June 2020 actually 3 years and 6 months for COVID testing. I said to him I'm in my portal and I see over 250 lab results and over 300 physician summaries since Aug of 2005. I've been a patient over 17 years. He said he was sorry and there is nothing he can do. He then sent me to his supervisor Kassie. She said she was sorry that I was deleted from Mayo and they are not taking any new patients. I said I'm not a new patient. I said to her when I was working we were told years ago to establish a family Mayo physician with Dr. Michael Bryan so when you retire your grandfathered in for life. No body ever said to me to make sure you go in once a year to keep current. I have a portal and I read my messages. Why did I not get some reminder to come in as my 3 year inactivity would cause account deletion infact the most recent mail I have is from Carol Carrillo dated 09/28/2022 to make sure I have regular Medicare and a supplement and that Mayo does not take Advantage Medicare . I asked Kassie to speak to another supervisor and she was sorry and implied she was it. Times are changing, we are being canceled and slowly erased from existence. Retirement is not what I thought it would be.

Let me start with Patrick O'Brien's lack of hands-on attention during my PT sessions. After the first couple of sessions, he only spent 5-10 minutes out of a 45 minute session with me doing hands-on work on my lower back. The rest of the time I was doing exercises on my own that I could have done at my home. I say "on my own" because he was in his office on the phone discussing future training clinics or talking to his admin about other patient billing problems. In any event, paying no attention to what I was doing! Equally disturbing was the way Patrick O'Brien handled my bill. I finished my PT work in October and, more than two months later, in January, I received a surprising letter claiming I owed an additional $688. Unlike what I was told by his admin, It turns out that his therapy was "out of network" and I had not reached my out of pocket max. When I called to tell him how surprised I was to receive a $688 bill, Patrick O'Brien was not sympathetic. In fact, he came across arrogant, with an "I don't care" attitude. He just wanted his money! In fact, he never once asked how my back was feeling! Come to think of it, throughout my PT sessions I never really felt that he cared about reducing my back pain! There are lots of good PT therapists in our area. I will never use Patrick O'Brien again and because of the mostly non-hands-on therapy approach and the arrogant attitude he had when I approached him about his surprising January bill, I am writing this review so others can avoid having a similar bad experience.

I strongly disagreed that my daughter needed it, but Agarwal forced my wife to do it anyway even after I pushed back on the reasons why. He even admitted that he couldn't back up any claims, and that she just "needed it" because of "feeding" .. this is after he'd already done a tongue tie on her, charged us over $600 and put my daughter in pain for weeks on end because of these procedures that took him 4 minutes to do. Please also be aware that they have a keen referral network of OTs, PTs, etc. that will tell you your baby needs these and to go to Agave, likely for the referral. Again, do your research and understand how these scams work before they do it to you. Ask for specific reasons backed up by research on why they want to laster your child's tongue or lip. Please do your research, and avoid this place and especially Agarwal for these procedures as he was very unprofessional, and made it clear that it's just about easy money for him. They forced us to pay a copay, plus the deposit for each procedure, and its been weeks and our insurance is questioning the claim, so again be educated before this place pushes you into their costly procedures, or scares you into them with false claims.

After describing my symptoms they did several tests and found that it was a heart issue as well!! I was so impressed that they went above and beyond with my care!! I was admitted and had an angiogram to check to be sure I wasn't having an issue with blockage- they did that a 5pm in the evening!! I felt confident that I was receiving the Best Care! I didn't realize at the time, but it's because she realize that she shouldn't have been prescribing me. Both oxycodone and Buprinorphine at the same time. The worst part about it is I had gone through a horrible surgery. And was in extreme pain. And this is when she wanted to cut me back on pain meds, I called her and was upset, and she I decided to stop seeing me. I have been going here for the past 2 months twice a week doing physical therapy for a total knee replacement. From the front office check-in staff to my therapist, Kevin Allen, I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the fact that my therapist was always on time for my appointments. Kevin showed me empathy, encouragement and a large variety of exercises I could do at home in between my appointments. He was always very patient with me on days when my knee felt a little stiff. He is a great listener and always gave me tips not only for exercises put something as simple as the balm he used in massaging my knee. He pushed me just enough to make me want to do more both here and at home. Now that my time is over I will continue my therapy at at gym going 3 times a week using the equipment that I don't have at home. Thank you Kevin for a wonderful physical therapy experience!
