When I tried to call to get my copay back, they just told me I needed to speak to someone in a different department and put me in a loop of "on hold" until someone would just hang up on me or I'd get a voicemail. I never got my copay back, or any reimbursement for my travel. I had his office refer me to some woman at another Banner Scam center, drove all the way across the valley again to see her and her little team, just to have her basically call me a hypochondriac. I still have the same issues years later. Don't go to Banner Health. Ever. If you have no choice, refuse to pay your copay until you've actually been seen, because they'll steal it and shut you out.
