Lots of People are learning about the true character of "Automo Bill's Inc." First of all, Bills is not an incorporated business, but only a sole-proprietorship. The Arkansas Secretary of State's corporations search website shows that the corporate franchise for AUTOMO BILLS has been REVOKED. Wherefore, the owners cannot lawfully claim to be an incorporated business and are further exposing themselves to personal liability for the damage they may cause to customer vehicles. Owner, William "Bill" Rogers, attempted to proselytize the customer, asking her to join his church, told her she was pretty and "with a smile like that, you're gonna get a good deal," and took a $100 deposit for a diagnosis on a minor battery drain problem. Thereafter, staff miscommunicated the hours of operation, kept an Acura TL for five (5) calendar days with no repair, misdiagnosed a minor electrical problem with the Acura (stated the under-dash fusebox would need to be replaced due to "shortages" in the wiring), never provided a written estimate or received customer authorization to perform the work, severely damaged the wiring harness on the Acura during the "diagnosis," cracked plastic interior panels, lost fasteners, requested an additional $400 in order to complete the repair to the wiring damaged they caused, stated that the vehicle would have to go to "the dealership" even after Automo Bills repaired the car, refused to discuss the prior botched repair efforts with a new repair technician, ridiculously threatened a libel and slander lawsuit for publishing this, the truth, fervently denied causing the wiring damage, falsely claiming that the customer had "no proof" of the damage, and then refused to return the $100 deposit. After repairing the wiring harness damaged caused by Automo Bills, the original customer complaint of a battery drain was promptly and easily diagnosed to the Handsfree Link Module not turning off after the car was parked for the evening. (A common problem known to Honda through its technical service bulletins.) Disconnecting the electrical connector to the Handsfree module stopped the battery drain and repaired the original problem. The pictures posted alongside this review show the wiring harness after it was correctly repaired by another technician. Automo Bills took $100 from the customer, misdiagnosed the problem, caused even more electrical problems and damage to the vehicle, and refused to return the $100. Don't bother to patronize these incompetent, dishonest, grossly negligent, Automo Bulls--t artists. Take your car or truck somewhere else, anywhere else. Antonio. read more

If I could give this place 100 negative stars I would. My father, who is a Henderson State alumni, came back to the city for his homecoming. As soon as we found out the car was towed (we live in TX) we started calling the impound shop where it was being held because my dad could not get ahold of anybody there and he is older and had never had this happen before. Not only did they not answer the phone for four hours (we were told they were probably at church by other businesses) but they exhibited poor customer service and lacked empathy when we finally got ahold of someone. They knew my father was without a vehicle and told him that he would have to pay $450 by 1:00pm in CASH to get his vehicle back. Mind you, the vehicle was towed late the night before and we had been calling since 8am. They gave my father one hour to walk to different places to get cash out on a SUNDAY. Anybody who has ever had to get cash out understands there are max limits and this put an overwhelming amount of stress on my father. We felt helpless because there was little we could do for him from Texas. This is without a doubt an act of prejudice and greed. Please do not bring your cars here for repairs. Please give your money to businesses who are more deserving and are just flat out better people than AutomoBills. read more

On Monday October 23 my vehicle was taking over to Automobill's by a Wal-Mart employee. The was taking over there around 8:00 am to simply get a oil filter cap replaced because Wal-Mart broke my original one. I have been waiting all day to get my car fixed and have only been getting the run around about the services and the parts. Mrs Gwen she really nice but the Mechanic he was kinda rude and I feel a little overwhelmed. He needs to get more help if he wasn't to keep business.. He keep giving me one story and giving Wal-Mart another story about the status of my vehicle and end making my car worst after he finally started working on it and now Im gonna have to have my car towed to the dealership and have them replace any and every broking piece and fix walmart and Automobills mistakes. I will never do business with Automobills every again. read more

Driving across the country, we rationalized that a new vibration was because we'd just rotated the tires before we left. Halfway there, the car made an awful noise when we pulled over for gas. A gas station attendant told us where she brought her car. so mid-afternoon on Friday, Feb. 19th, our car limped to Automobill's. Both front axle/CV joint combinations were literally falling apart. We explained that we had to be in NY by Sunday night, in time for my mother's surgery. Could they help us NOW? They DID, and we are so grateful that they were informative, efficient, friendly, and effective. When done, they even charged us $100 less than they'd quoted since the work went faster than predicted in the handbooks saying how long such a job should take. Thanks to them, the car made it across country (in time for the surgery) and back. They could have taken advantage of us, but instead we found a place that made time to accommodate our emergency and got us on the road again as expeditiously as they could, completing a very effective job at a reasonable price. We are so grateful to have found this place, especially at a time of such stress for us.
